This is a guided somatic and mindfulness-based breakfast practice designed to help you start your day with less anxiety, overwhelm, and morning irritability. Many of us begin the day already rushing — eating quickly, thinking ahead, bracing for what’s coming. This gentle practice uses slow eating, grounding, and longer exhales to support emotional regulation and a steadier start. You’ll be guided through: • A simple grounding exercise (feet on the floor, breath awareness) • A mindful first bite practice • Slow exhalation to ease urgency • Gentle affirmations to reduce internal pressure This practice may be supportive if you are navigating: • General anxiety • Chronic stress or fatigue • Grief or relationship loss • Emotional overwhelm • Anger or irritability • Periods of uncertainty or change No special food is required. You can use whatever is available — even one sip of tea or coffee.
