Hold for a moment,
And then exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension in your body.
Repeat this deep,
Calming breath two more times at your own pace,
Feeling your body relax more with each exhale.
Noticing how your body feels more relaxed with each breath,
Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
And bringing your awareness to your feet,
Noticing any sensations you might feel,
Maybe a tingling,
Or a warmth,
Or a coolness.
Slowly moving your attention up to your legs,
Knees,
And thighs,
Letting your awareness travel up your body,
Observing without judgment,
Just noticing.
Continuing up to your hips,
Abdomen,
And chest,
Feeling your heartbeat,
Feeling your breath.
And moving up to your shoulders,
Arms,
And hands.
Finally bringing your awareness to your neck,
Face,
And head.
Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Deep into the earth.
These roots connect you,
Grounding you to the nurturing earth energy.
Feeling this energy rising up through your roots,
Into your body,
Filling you with a sense of stability and security.
And shifting your focus to your heart center,
Place one or both hands over your heart,
Feeling its gentle rhythm.
With each beat,
Feel love and compassion expanding within you.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing in your heart,
Radiating love throughout your entire being.
And now bring your awareness to your inner self,
Your intuition.
This is the wise,
Loving part of you that always knows what you need.
Ask your intuition a question that you've been pondering.
It could be about your path,
A decision,
Or something that you're feeling.
Allowing any thoughts,
Feelings,
Or images to arise without judgment.
