Today,
We will focus on recharging our energy,
Releasing what no longer serves us,
And filling ourselves with vibrant,
Nourishing energy.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position,
Or lie down,
Whichever feels best for you.
Allow your body to settle and find stillness.
Let's start with some box breathing.
Go ahead and exhale your remaining breath.

Let's start by bringing our awareness to our breath.
Noticing the natural rhythm of inhalation and exhalation.
There's no need to change anything.
Just breathe and observe.
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest,
The cool air entering your nostrils,
And the warm air leaving your nostrils.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in fresh,
Clean energy.
And with each exhale,
Release any tension or stress from your body.
Notice how your body feels as you breathe,
Allowing any areas of tightness to soften and relax.
Let's gently scan the body,
Starting at the top of your head and slowly moving downwards.
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
Imagine sending your breath to these areas,
Inviting them to soften and release.
Continue moving down your body,
Bringing your awareness to your forehead,
Eyes,
Jaw,
Neck,
And shoulders.
Allow each area to relax as you focus on it.
Moving your attention down to your arms,
Hands,
Chest,
And abdomen.
Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your breath here.
And bringing your awareness to your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
And feet.
Letting go of any remaining tension.
Now,
Imagine you are standing in a beautiful,
Serene place in nature.
This could be a lush forest,
A tranquil beach,
Or a peaceful meadow.
Whatever feels most nourishing for you.
As you stand here,
Feel the energy of this place enveloping you.
Imagining the earth beneath you,
Solid and supportive.
Visualizing roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Grounding you deeply into the earth.
Feeling the strength and stability this brings.
Now imagine a bright,
Warm light above your head.
This light is filled with pure,
Vibrant energy.
As you breathe in,
Visualize this light entering through the crown of your head.
Feel the light moving down through your body,
Filling every cell with its radiant energy.
Let it cleanse and rejuvenate you.
With each inhale,
Draw this light further into your body.
And with each exhale,
Release any stagnant or negative energy.
Continue this process,
Breathing in the light and breathing out any heaviness.
Feeling your entire being becoming lighter,
Brighter,
And more vibrant.
Continuing to sit with that for just a little while longer.
Now imagine this vibrant energy flowing freely throughout your body.
See it moving through your arms and legs,
Your torso and head.
Feel it circulating,
Revitalizing every part of you.
Allowing any blockages to dissolve,
Any energy to flow effortlessly.
With each breath,
Encourage this energy to flow more smoothly and freely.
Feel it nourishing every cell,
Every organ,
Every muscle.
As this energy flows,
Notice how your body feels.
Notice any sensations of warmth,
Tingling,
Or lightness.
As we begin to come to a close,
Take a moment to thank yourself for this time of replenishment.
Appreciate the energy you have cultivated and the care you have shown yourself.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feeling the natural rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation once more.
And when you feel ready,
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly bringing movement back into your body.
And as you take a deep breath in,
And begin to exhale,
Gently blink open the windows of your eyes.
Bringing this renewed energy into the rest of your day.
