This progressive muscle relaxation will guide you to progressively tense specific muscle groups throughout your entire body. With my guidance, we will tense each muscle for 5 seconds and then release for 10 seconds. We will work from the top of your head down to your toes. If for any of the targeted muscle groups you feel any pain or discomfort, feel free to omit tensing that muscle group and visualize tensing it instead.
