Hey you,

Welcome to the relaxation,

Grounding and relieving anxiety meditation with a spiritual twist.

Thank you for making time for yourself and right now let's get started in the space of gratitude.

Gratitude first and foremost for yourself,

For taking this moment to appreciate your decision to focus on yourself right now and as you start to lower your gaze or completely closing your eyes if you feel caught to,

I invite you to intentionally,

Temporarily disconnect from the outside world as you are creating space to connect with your inner world.

Listen to all the sounds around you,

Allowing them,

Giving them permission to soothe and awaken your senses.

Let go of any tension,

Anxiety,

Stress,

Overwhelm,

Allowing yourself to transform this energy into relaxation,

Calmness and a feeling of being grounded and now if you haven't already I invite you to completely close your eyes when you feel ready as you start to focus on your body.

Get comfortable wherever you're sitting or laying down,

Wiggling out any kinks,

Taking a big stretch and just putting notice onto your breath.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and counting to four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four and exhaling deeply through the mouth and repeating once more.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling deeply and even sighing if it feels good and as you take each breath you're feeling more and more relaxed,

Feeling in the flow and the connection of your breath and your physical body.

You're feeling yourself becoming more and more connected to your physical body,

Your emotional body,

Your spiritual body,

Your energetic field,

Aligning your mind,

Body and spirit and now I invite you to picture a beautiful tropical oasis.

Imagine a lush,

Bloomy garden,

A paradise where only beauty and peace exists.

This garden is yours and it's created just for you and you can walk through the garden admiring the beauty,

Feeling the soft grass under your feet,

Cushioning your toes.

Listen to the nearby stream of water and sit on the grass,

Looking at the sky and noticing a cloud drifting by which brings you an additional sense of calmness,

Serenity and peace.

You feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The gentle breeze carrying the scent of flowers and as you breathe deeply you allow relaxation to wash over you with every deep breath.

Now you notice a butterfly in a tree,

A beautiful butterfly and you start to watch it glide through the air elegantly and as it starts to descend you feel yourself drifting into a deeper state of relaxation and now as I count from five to one I invite you to imagine your body is drifting with a butterfly.

Five,

Watch its wings as it glides through the treetops.

Four,

Feel the peace and the tranquility growing within you.

Three,

Drift effortlessly like the butterfly.

Two,

Descending slowly as you're feeling more and more secure within yourself and more serene.

One,

The butterfly lands gently and you are so deeply relaxed and full on peace and now in your deep relaxation and state of ultimate beingness I invite you to imagine yourself in a peaceful place free from worries.

Now this can be somewhere where you've been before,

It can be a new place you create in your imagination.

Let your mind,

Let your imagination guide you to this tranquil space.

Take a deep breath and immense yourself in this scene noticing all the colors,

The shapes,

The textures,

Smell the pleasant aromas,

Listen to the sounds and feel the objects around you.

Surrounding yourself with these things and the activities that bring you joy whether it be memories but you know and you feel the sense of calmness and the sense of peace in this space.

Embrace this scene and notice how happy it makes you feel and take in another moment to breathe deeply.

Breathing in the senses of safety and more peace and with each breath you feel more and more relaxed free from any anxious thoughts and feelings.

You remember every detail of this beautiful space knowing that whenever you feel anxious you can take three deep breaths and return to this safe space at any time.

Knowing that your safe haven,

This beautiful place you've created is always there for you and now I invite you to practice this for whenever you need to.

I invite you to think of a situation that causes you a little bit of anxiety,

Bringing it to the forefront of your thoughts and taking a deep breath in through the mouth counting to four,

Two,

Three,

Four and a deep breath out through the mouth and as you breathe out you're giving yourself permission to return to this safe beautiful serene space,

Letting go of the negativity,

Letting go of the anxiety and we take another breath and with this second deep breath you're becoming more and more present in your special place and once more as you're taking this deep breath for the third time you're feeling completely relaxed free from any anxious thoughts and feelings and you ask yourself noticing exactly noticing exactly how freeing does that feel,

How freeing does it feel in your mind,

How free are you feeling in your body,

In your energy now that you've let that go and as you bask in this sense of freedom which you always have,

You're always free to come to this space,

You're always free to change and transform any anxiety,

Any negativity,

Any overwhelm into your power,

Into your peace,

Into your serenity and as you continue relaxing your desire to be anxiety free grows,

You're embracing change as a constant part of life,

Accepting and welcoming change because change is good and it leads to progress,

It leads to new versions of you,

It leads to surprises just like with nature and how nature changes with the seasons,

You too can embrace change and are embracing change,

Change allows you to grow and experience new possibilities,

You can even imagine tossing a pebble into a calm pond or a lake and you notice how the ripples gradually fade and the water returns to its peaceful state in this same way by you choosing to let go of the negativity,

Of the anxiety,

Of the overwhelm and embrace positivity,

Tranquility and support on your journey,

Continue to imagine yourself completely relaxed and filled with positive energy,

Power,

Purpose I invite you to welcome and invite any higher vibrational beings that resonate with you the belief,

Whether it's the universe,

Your higher self,

God of your understanding or belief,

Your loved ones that have transitioned into spirit,

Angels,

Mother earth or any others,

Feel free and feel their support and healing energy in this moment,

You have the power to choose love,

You have the power to choose happiness,

You have the power to choose your freedom,

It's all waiting for you to awaken to it,

To embrace it,

To bring it in forward,

To invite it into your heart space,

Into your energetic realm,

Into your full being,

Remember as you believe so you will perceive and as you think so you will become and as above so is below,

This is your blueprint for change,

Embrace it daily and live in the life that you want to lead,

Live in the life you're meant to lead,

In your happiness,

In your freedom,

In your abundance,

These are all gifts that you rightfully deserve,

They are your birthright and day by day in every way things will always always get better and now as I count from one to five I invite you to start in your own time returning to full awareness,

One you're gradually coming back but feeling the sense of calmness,

Sense of peace,

Embracing the change,

Two you're almost there knowing that you can return to your safe space at any time,

You can tap into your power at any time,

Three your eyes may begin to open which is bringing you clarity and comfort,

Four you may start to wiggle your toes,

Rub your hands allowing the circulation of all the changes that we've cemented and rewired within you,

Five you take deep breaths fully awake and present in this moment and now I invite you to take your time whenever you're ready and continue to sit or lay quietly for this moment allowing your body to readjust to its surroundings while you keep the blueprint of this experience in your memory for as long as you need to,

Knowing you can listen to this at any time any time,

Any place,

This is your safe space,

This is your map to your safe space but the safe space is always in your heart and is always within you and in your vibration and with deep love and gratitude I see you in your power
