Welcome,
Thank you for being here and for choosing to make yourself a priority today.
This is your mandala card of the day,
A gentle pause to breathe,
Reflect,
And explore.
Before we begin,
I invite you to have a journal or blank page ready nearby,
Along with a pen.
This session will include time for journaling.
For now,
Allow yourself to settle in.
There's nothing to fix,
Nothing to figure out,
Just this moment and this breath.
Let's begin by settling into this moment.
Gently close your eyes,
If that feels comfortable.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel at ease.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
Counting softly to four,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
And gently exhale through your mouth for six,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Again,
Inhale slowly for four,
And exhale fully for six.
With each inhale,
Imagine light and warmth flooding into your body,
Relaxing it.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing tension,
Letting it go.
One more time,
Breathing in steady and calm.
One more time,
Breathing out long and soft.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice the quiet space you've created.
Notice that you are here,
Now,
Fully present in this moment,
Fully present in your body,
Loved and supported.
From this grounded place,
We'll move into today's reflection.
The theme for today is self-love.
Self-love begins with awareness.
It grows in the small moments when you pause long enough to recognize your own worth.
So often,
We focus on what needs improvement,
What we haven't done yet,
Where we think we might fall short.
But self-love asks something different.
It asks you to notice what's already good within you.
Your resilience,
Your kindness,
Your creativity,
Your effort,
Your presence in this world.
Self-love flourishes when you honor your unique strengths,
Not in comparison to anyone else,
But simply as an expression of who you are.
You are not meant to be a copy.
You are meant to be fully,
Authentically,
Wonderfully yourself.
And when you appreciate what makes you special,
You deepen your connection with your own life.
You deepen your gratitude.
You soften the inner critic,
And you strengthen the internal ally.
And in that space,
Something beautiful happens.
You begin to experience the present moment differently.
Not as a place where you must prove yourself,
But as a place where you belong.
There is no one else like you.
And that is not an accident.
It is a gift.
Now I invite you to turn inward and explore this theme more deeply through your journaling.
Your journal prompt today is what is one quality or strength within me that I appreciate,
And how has it supported my life?
Allow your thoughts to flow without editing or judgment.
Simply let whatever needs to be expressed come onto the page.
It's time to wrap up your journaling and bring this to a close.
As we come to the end of this practice,
I invite you to gently place one hand on your heart.
Take a slow breath in.
And a soft breath out.
I'll share an affirmation now,
And you're welcome to repeat it silently or out loud,
Allowing the words to land in your body.
I honor who I am.
I honor who I am.
I appreciate my unique strengths.
I appreciate my unique strengths.
I am worthy of love and kindness.
I am worthy of love and kindness.
I celebrate the person I am becoming.
I celebrate the person I am becoming.
That brings the affirmation to a close.
Take one more breath,
Feeling grounded,
Supported,
And present.
Notice how it feels to stand gently on your own side.
Thank you for making space for yourself today.
Carry this self-love with you,
And many blessings throughout the rest of your day.
