Welcome.
Thank you for being here and for choosing to make yourself a priority today.
This is your mandala card of the day,
A gentle pause to breathe,
Reflect,
And explore.
Before we begin,
I invite you to have a journal or blank page nearby,
Along with a pen.
This session includes time for journaling.
For now,
Allow yourself to settle in.
There's nothing to fix,
Nothing to figure out,
Just this moment and this breath.
Let's begin by settling into this moment.
Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel at ease.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
Take a gentle exhale out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale slowly.
And exhale fully.
With each inhale,
Breathe in lightness,
Warmth,
And love.
With each exhale,
Release tension and stress and worry.
One more time,
Breathing in steady and calm,
And breathing out long and soft.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice the quiet space you've created.
Notice that you are here,
Present,
Fully aware,
Supported,
Loved.
The theme for today is choices.
Every choice you make shapes the life that you are living.
Some decisions feel big and defining,
While others seem small and routine.
But over time,
Even the smallest choices create direction.
A thought you follow,
A response you choose,
A moment where you pause instead of reacting.
These small decisions quietly shape your path.
And when you begin to see this clearly,
Something shifts.
You are no longer just reacting to life.
You are actively participating in how it unfolds.
Taking responsibility for your choices is not about pressure,
And it's not about perfection.
It is about awareness.
The awareness that you have the ability to respond with intention.
Even when circumstances are uncertain,
Even when things feel out of your control,
There is always a space between what happens and how you respond.
Psychiatrist Viktor Frankl described this beautifully.
He said,
Between stimulus and response,
There is a space.
And in that space is our power to choose our response.
Take a moment to let that settle.
There is always a space.
And within that space,
There is always a choice.
You may not be able to control everything that happens in your life.
But you can choose your mindset,
Your actions,
And the direction you want to take next.
And that awareness is empowering,
Because it brings your focus back to what is within your control.
Research in behavioral science shows that small,
Consistent choices have a powerful impact over time.
They shape habits,
They influence identity,
And they determine long-term outcomes.
Not through one big moment,
But through repeated intentional action.
As author James Clear writes,
Every action you take is a voice for the type of person you wish to become.
So I say that each choice is a vote.
It is a quiet decision about the direction of your life.
I've found that when I pause,
Even briefly,
Before making a decision,
Something changes.
The urgency softens.
The noise quiets.
And I can ask myself,
What choice feels aligned?
What choice reflects what matters most to me now,
In this moment?
And from that place,
The decision becomes easier and more clear.
Less reactive,
More intentional.
Over time,
These small,
Thoughtful choices began to create meaningful change.
Not all at once,
But steadily.
Gently shaping a life that feels more aligned,
More purposeful,
And more true.
Take a moment now.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale gently.
Now,
Softly bring to mind a decision that you're facing today.
It might be something small,
Or it could be something more significant.
Without judgment,
Just notice it.
Now,
Softly ask yourself,
What choice would feel most aligned with the life I want to create?
Not the easiest choice.
Not the fastest.
But the one that feels most true.
Let that awareness settle within you.
Now I invite you to turn inward,
And explore this theme more deeply through journaling.
Take a moment to settle,
Relax.
Perhaps placing a hand near your heart.
Connecting.
Softening your breath.
Now this is your journal prompt today.
What is one decision I can make today that aligns with the life I want to create?
You might also explore,
What values do I want this choice to reflect?
What would be a more intentional response?
And a kind one.
Allow your thoughts to flow without editing or judgment.
There's nothing you need to get right.
Simply let whatever wants to be expressed come onto the page.
It's time to gently close your journaling.
Take a slow breath in.
And a full breath out.
I'll share an affirmation.
You can repeat it silently or out loud.
Letting the words land within you.
I take responsibility for my choices and my direction.
I take responsibility for my choices and my direction.
Each decision I make shapes the life I am creating.
Each decision I make shapes the life I am creating.
I choose with intention,
Clarity,
And purpose.
I choose with intention,
Clarity,
And purpose.
That ends our affirmation.
Take another deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Notice how you feel.
More grounded.
More present.
More connected.
Thank you for giving yourself this time today.
Each time you return to this practice,
You are strengthening something powerful.
Your awareness,
Your intention,
And your ability to choose.
You don't need to change everything at once.
Just one choice,
Made with clarity,
Made with heart.
I look forward to sharing another practice with you soon.
Return tomorrow for the new theme.
Until then,
Pause when you can,
Choose with care,
And trust the path that you are creating.
