Welcome.
I'm so glad you're here.
This session is yours completely.
It is time for you to breathe.
To reconnect with yourself.
To relax.
The next 25 minutes.
Is a time to come back to yourself.
Find a comfortable position.
Sitting down comfortably with your feet on the floor.
Rest your back.
Wherever you feel most supported.
I invite you to gently close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a long breath out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale slowly.
And exhale fully.
One more time.
Breathing in.
And letting go.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice the quiet space you've created.
Notice that you are here.
And that here is enough.
We're going to start with some breath work.
To give your nervous system a direct signal that it's safe to release.
We're going to use the psychological sigh,
One of the fastest and most effective ways to reduce stress and restore calm.
Here's how it works.
A double inhale through the nose.
The first breath fills your lungs.
The second breath tops them off completely.
Followed by a long,
Slow,
Complete exhale through the mouth.
That extended exhale is what activates your parasympathetic nervous system,
Your rest and restore response.
It begins to release whatever your body has been holding.
Let's begin.
Double inhale through the nose,
First breath in,
Second breath in,
And a long,
Slow exhale through the mouth.
All the way out.
Until your lungs are empty.
Again,
Double inhale,
First breath in.
Second breath in.
And a long,
Slow exhale all the way out.
One more time.
Double inhale.
First breath in.
Second breath in.
And a long,
Complete exhale.
All the way out.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Notice how your body feels,
Perhaps a little heavier.
A little more settled.
A little more present.
That is your nervous system beginning to release what it's been holding.
Before we begin tapping.
I want to invite you to notice what you're carrying right now.
Not to analyze it,
Not to solve it.
Just to acknowledge it.
Scan gently from the top of your head.
Down through your neck.
Your shoulders.
Your chest.
Your belly.
Is there anywhere that feels tight?
Heavy Held.
Notice your back.
Your lower back.
Your buttocks,
Your legs.
Your lower legs.
Down through your feet.
Is there anywhere that feels tight or tense?
Is there a weight that is accumulated from the demands,
The decisions,
The giving,
The showing up for everyone else and everything that your day requires?
Just notice.
Without judgment.
Without needing to name it perfectly.
If you've noticed somewhere that's tight or tense or sore,
Breathe into it for a moment.
Imagine warm light flowing in as you breathe into that spot.
Softening it,
Relaxing it,
Embracing it.
Now we're going to move into some tapping.
And I want you to give it a number from 0 to 10.
How are you feeling right now?
Zero is completely free and at ease.
And ten is the full weight of everything you're carrying,
Stressed or tired or overwhelmed.
Note your number.
Pick a number intuitively.
And we're going to work on moving it.
So we'll move now into the ETF tapping,
Bringing your fingers to the karate chop point on the side of your hand and begin tapping and repeating after me.
Even though I'm carrying more than I have named.
Even though I'm carrying more than I have named.
I deeply and completely accept myself.
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I've lost touch with myself in the busyness of everything.
Even though I've lost touch with myself.
In the busyness of everything.
I choose to find my way back now.
I choose to find my way back now.
Even though I'm not sure when I last felt truly like myself.
Even though I'm not sure when I last felt truly like myself.
I'm willing to come home now.
I am willing to come home now.
Stop tapping on the side of your hand and bring your fingers to the inner edge of your eyebrows.
And began tapping softly,
Repeating after me.
All the weight I've been carrying.
All the weight I've been carrying.
Tapping on the outside of the eye,
The accumulated demands of my days,
The accumulated demands of my days.
Tapping under the eye.
The giving and the showing up and the holding it all together.
The giving and the showing up and the holding it all together.
Tapping under the nose,
The distance that has grown between me and myself.
The distance that has grown between me and myself.
Tapping on the chin,
The quiet sense that I've lost the thread of who I am underneath all of this.
The quiet sense that I've lost the thread of who I am underneath all of this.
Tapping on the collarbone,
All of this weight,
All of this distance.
All of this accumulated heaviness.
All of this weight,
All of this distance,
All of this accumulated heaviness.
Tapping under the arm.
I see it now.
I acknowledge it.
I see it now.
I acknowledge it.
Tapping on the top of the head.
I've been caring so much and I'm ready to set some of it down.
I've been caring so much and I'm ready to set some of it down.
Stop tapping.
Take a slow breath in.
And release it completely.
We'll move into round two of tapping.
Starting with the inner eyebrow.
I'm ready to release the snail.
I'm ready to release this now.
Tapping on the side of the eye,
I release the accumulated weight of everything I've been carrying.
I release the accumulated weight of everything I've been carrying.
Tapping under the eye,
I release the distance between me and myself.
I release the distance between me and myself.
Tapping under the nose,
I release the need to hold everything together all of the time.
I release the need to hold everything together all of the time.
Tapping on the chin,
I release what is not mine to carry.
I release what is not mine to carry.
Tapping on the collarbone.
I release the heaviness that is accumulated without my full awareness.
I release the heaviness that is accumulated without my full awareness.
Tapping under the arm,
I release,
I soften,
I let go.
I release,
I soften.
I let go.
Tapping on the top of the head.
I am releasing now,
Gently,
Completely.
I am releasing now,
Gently,
Completely.
Stop tapping.
Take a breath in.
And release it slowly and completely.
We'll move into our final round of tapping.
This one is an invitation to come home to yourself.
So starting with the inner eyebrow and repeating after me.
I am finding my way back to myself.
I am finding my way back to myself.
Tapping on the side of the eye.
I am here.
Present alive.
I am here.
Present alive.
Tapping under the eye,
I reconnect with a part of me that has been waiting beneath all the busyness.
I reconnect with the part of me that has been waiting beneath all the busyness.
Tappy under the nose.
I am restored.
I am replenished.
I am returning.
I am restored.
I am replenished.
I am returning.
Tapping on the chin,
I come home to myself now.
I come home to myself now.
Tapping on the collarbone.
I am lighter.
I am clearer.
I am more fully here.
I am lighter.
I am clear.
I am more fully here.
Tapping into the arm.
I am home.
I am home.
And tapping on the top of the head.
I have released what I was carrying.
I have found my way back.
I reconnect with myself.
And embrace my life.
I have released what I was carrying.
I have found my way back.
I reconnect with myself.
And embrace my life.
Stop tapping.
Take one slow breath in.
And let it go completely.
Check back in with that number from 0 to 10.
Where are you now?
Can you notice a difference?
That is your nervous system responding to a direct signal that is safe to release.
Safe to Restore.
Safe to come home to yourself.
Now I want to take you somewhere.
We're going to move into a guided visualization.
Stay exactly where you are.
Keep your eyes closed.
And simply follow my voice.
Take one more slow breath in and as you exhale.
Allow your body to soften completely.
Relax.
Settled.
Letting go.
Imagine you're walking along a path that feels familiar.
Not a path you've necessarily walked before in the physical world.
But a path your body recognizes.
A path that feels like home.
Notice what is around you.
The quality of the light.
Warm and golden and hurried.
The temperature of the air against your skin.
The feeling of the ground beneath your feet.
Solid,
Supportive.
Holding you completely.
With each step.
Notice that something lightens The weight you were carrying begins to settle behind you rather than on you the demands,
The decisions,
The accumulated heaviness of your days.
It drops away.
As you walk this path.
Everything you let go of.
Everything you put down.
Everything you release.
All of it stays on the path behind you as you walk forward.
And ahead of you.
Imagine what is waiting.
And might appear as a place you know and love,
A room,
A garden,
A stretch of open sky.
Or simply a feeling.
The feeling of being somewhere.
That knows you.
That has been expecting you.
That has kept a space exactly your shape.
For exactly this moment.
Let whatever feels true arrive naturally.
Now step into that space.
Feel what it's like to be somewhere that requires nothing of you.
No performance.
No busyness.
No managing everyone else's emotions No maintaining everything,
Holding everything together.
Just you,
As you are in this moment.
Free and light.
Receive it completely.
Notice how your body responds to being in this place.
Perhaps a deepening of your breath.
A softening in your chest.
Perhaps a sense of something that is braced and vigilant is finally beginning to rest.
This is what restoration feels like.
Not a vacation,
Not an escape,
But a returning.
A coming back to the part of you that exists underneath all the roles and responsibilities and the restless forward motion.
It is a reconnection with the part of you that simply is.
Stay here for a moment.
Let this place receive you.
Now I want you to notice something about the quality of the silence here.
It is not empty,
It is full.
Full of something that belongs entirely to you.
Your own presence,
Your own aliveness.
That unwavering sense of who you are beneath everything else.
This is home.
Not a place,
A feeling,
A knowing.
A deep wisdom.
A recognition.
And it has always been here,
Waiting for you to find your way back.
Enjoy the space for a moment now that you've found it Let yourself be here,
Fully in this moment.
Now I want you to notice that this place,
This feeling of being home to yourself,
It is not something you need to travel to find.
It is always here,
Beneath the busyness,
Beneath the wait.
Beneath the distance that accumulates when life asks too much for too long.
You can return to this place anytime in your mind and heart.
It will welcome you each time you arrive.
And each time you return to this guided session.
You will find it a little more quickly.
Feel it a little more deeply.
And trust it more completely.
Because this is who you are when you're not caring everything else This is you,
A home in yourself.
Take a slow breath here.
In this space.
With this feeling.
With a steady knowing that you're more than what you carry.
That you are more than what you do.
That you are more than what is asked of you.
You are this.
Right here.
Right now.
And whenever you need to find your way back,
You know the path.
Take your time.
And begin to gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
The temperature of the air.
The rhythm of your breath.
I invite you to carry this feeling with you as you return.
I will share an affirmation with you.
And I invite you to repeat it silently or aloud.
Letting the words settle fully within you.
I release what I've been carrying.
I release what I've been carrying.
I restore myself with gentleness and care.
I restore myself with gentleness and care.
I am home in myself.
I am home in myself.
I carry this feeling with me into everything that comes next.
I carry this feeling with me into everything that comes next.
I am light and I am free.
I am light and I am free.
Take one more breath.
Slow,
Easy,
Complete.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You just gave yourself something that cannot be bought or scheduled or earned.
A genuine return to yourself.
Not a fixed version of yourself,
Not a performative one,
But the real one.
The one that has been here all along,
Waiting beneath the wait for you to come home.
Carry this with you.
Not just today.
But every time,
Life asks too much.
Every time you need a space for yourself.
You know the way back now and is always closer than you think.
