I’m Paige — a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Meditation & Intuitive Guidance Teacher. My journey into this work began through my own healing path, where I experienced the power of self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. What started as personal transformation has evolved into a deep passion for guiding others back to themselves.
