Abundance Meditation And Prayer

This 8-and-a-half-minute meditation and prayer is a Christian-based abundance meditation with passages and references to the bible. It is based on the fact that we actually live in a world of abundant energy and if we change our thinking, and release our energy we can have and be everything we want. It will be your go-to start to your day!

Welcome to this Meditation and Prayer of Abundance.

In Psalms,

Chapter 104,

Verse 34,

It says,

May my meditation be sweet to him,

I will be glad in the Lord.

I'm excited to share a meditation and prayer that has shown me the abundance that is always around me.

Now I invite you to sit up straight,

And let's take a few deep breaths.

A nice deep breath in,

And then a nice deep breath out.

And that out breath,

Make it just a little bit longer.

So go ahead and take a few deep breaths on your own,

Making that out breath a little bit longer.

One more time,

Let's take a nice deep breath in,

And then a nice deep breath out.

Now,

Close your eyes,

And let's fix our vision to God.

I'd like you to invite Jesus in,

And just imagine that Jesus is in you at this moment,

Taking the form of a beautiful,

Bright,

Healing ball of light that's circulating around your navel.

It's circulating like a vortex,

And just the abundant universe or galaxy of energy and life that is God the Father,

Jesus the Son,

And the Holy Spirit.

As you breathe,

The ball of light spins around almost like a pinwheel.

Now you don't have to worry if you can actually see it or feel it.

Just know that Jesus loved you so much that he died on the cross for you.

He is with you,

And you can imagine him as this beautiful ball of light.

Now I invite you to imagine that while the energy of Jesus is spinning inside of you,

You are also floating in a calm ocean of beautiful,

Bright,

White,

Healing light that is the energy of God.

This calm,

Beautiful ocean is infinite and is embracing you with love and abundance.

You realize God is so powerful and loving that just one drop of this ocean that is God's energy is more abundant than you could ever possibly imagine,

More abundant than you could envision in ten lifetimes,

Maybe even a hundred lifetimes.

Just one tiny drop and you understand God is embracing you in an infinite ocean of that abundance.

As you sit with the healing energy of Jesus as that spinning ball of light inside you and being immersed in God's abundant energy,

Now I'd like you to imagine that God is breathing the Holy Spirit into you.

All of the pores of your skin open up and all of that abundant energy is breathed into you and comes rushing into your body,

Flooding every cell of your body.

It rushes into the cells of your arms and your legs,

Into your torso,

Your chest,

Your back,

All through your neck and head,

Just rushing in,

Filling every single cell of your body.

You are now surrounded by,

Supported by,

And energized by God the Father,

Jesus the Son,

And the Holy Spirit.

Now imagine all of this abundance energy from God that is filling your body is overflowing out into the world.

As it overflows,

It creates your perfect ideal life that serves God.

You can see it start to create your ideal business,

For example,

That serves God's will.

You can see it transforming how you interact with the world.

As it says in 2 Corinthians 9,

Verse 8,

And God is able to make all grace abound to you,

So that having all sufficiency in all things at all times,

You may abound in every good work.

Through God's abundant energy,

You can see your calling in ways that you could never possibly imagine.

You can see abundance growing in your life in amazing ways.

Now that God has charged every cell of your body with the energy of abundance through His will,

That energy then manifests as a calling,

A purpose,

A gift from God.

Just enjoy that gift from God.

See that calling.

The passion welling up and overflowing out of every cell of your body into the world,

And you see yourself being created as God intended.

The Holy Spirit is transforming your life with meaning and purpose exactly the way God wants it to be.

Every day you are deepening your relationship with God.

As Psalms 65,

Verse 11 says,

You crown the year with your bounty,

And your carts overflow with abundance.

Just envision your ability to fellowship with God through Jesus and your life becoming more and more abundant.

By understanding what was said in Proverbs 21,

Verse 5,

Good planning and hard work leads to prosperity,

But hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.

You know that today and tomorrow,

And as the weeks go by,

You can see yourself getting more and more successful by abiding in Christ.

In months from now,

You can see yourself after days and days of God embracing you in this abundant energy how successful your relationships are,

How vibrant your health and vitality is.

You can visualize your calling.

You can picture the way you're showing up out in the world as a child of God.

You sense the way you're expressing and creating in the world is so much more successful than you ever possibly imagined.

Feeling the love and abundance of being with God the Father,

Jesus the Son,

And the Holy Spirit as an amazing abundant energy.

Take a moment and just revel in knowing that the sky's the limit and there's nothing you can't create now that you are connected and are abiding in God's will.

You can see yourself six months or a year from now in your most perfect ideal situation.

Take the vision and realize this vision is God's magnet pulling you towards your most perfect ideal life.

With God pulling you towards that image of yourself in the most perfect ideal situation,

And with this attraction,

Know that God will also provide you with the answers to every decision you make,

Whether you turn left or you turn right,

Whether you do business with that person or this person,

Whether you choose to be this or that.

Whatever you choose to do in every single thing you do,

You're doing so because God's most perfect ideal vision of you is being guided by the example of Jesus Christ and with the support of the Holy Spirit.

There's nothing you need to do except look to God.

Allow Him to guide you to your most perfect ideal life.

Now before we open our eyes,

Let's share a prayer together to reinforce knowing that you have just connected to God and He wants you to have the most perfect ideal life.

He is the infinite ocean of abundance and every action you take,

From the smallest actions to the largest,

You're taking because God the Father,

Jesus the Son,

And the Holy Spirit are guiding you towards abundance beyond your wildest dreams.

That abundance and success beyond your wildest imagination is yours and all you need to do is abide and surrender and allow yourself to be guided by your most perfect ideal life.

So let's bow our head and pray.

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for your infinite love and abundance.

We thank you for the gift of your Son,

Jesus Christ,

Who is our guiding light and our source of strength.

As we conclude this time of meditation and prayer,

We ask for your continued guidance in our lives.

Grant us the bravery to face the challenges that lie ahead,

Knowing that with you by our side we can overcome anything.

Fill us with the courage to step into the life you have planned for us,

A life filled with abundance and success.

We ask for your support as we strive to live in accordance with your will.

Help us to remember that every step we take is guided by you and every decision we make is part of your grand design.

As we move forward,

May we carry the energy of your love and abundance with us,

Radiating it out into the world.

May we be a beacon of your light,

A testament to your grace,

And a vessel of your love.

We ask all of this in the name of your Son,

Jesus Christ,

Who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,

One God,

Forever and ever.
