Lay your body on the ground,
Allow yourself to get comfortable,
Begin by connecting into your breath,
Perhaps putting your hands on your belly and feeling your belly rise and fall with each breath in and each breath out,
Allowing your breath to lengthen and to match with each inhale and each exhale.
Then gently move your awareness away from your breath to the points of connection between your body and the ground beneath you,
Noticing where your heels,
Your legs,
Your bottom,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your head,
Your arms all come into contact with the earth beneath you,
Allowing yourself to feel safe in this connection held by the energy of mother earth,
Noticing any energy exchange that may exist between your body and the earth beneath you,
Allowing your awareness to travel wherever you feel energy or sensation in the body.
And begin to tune in to the light of creation,
The light that first appeared when you were conceived as an egg in your mother's womb,
And the light that grew with you as you developed into a baby,
A child,
An adult,
Connecting to this wisdom,
This universal knowledge,
This light of creation that has guided your body in its growth since you were conceived,
Inviting this light of creation into your feet,
Your toes,
Your ankles,
Imagining this brilliant,
Beautiful light glowing in your feet,
Spreading up through your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Bringing with it the universal wisdom of healing,
Of love,
Of everything it means to be in this human body,
In this existence,
Inviting that same light up through your thighs,
Your buttocks,
Your root,
Your low belly,
Imagining this brilliant light of creation glowing through that whole bottom half of your body,
Bringing with it the blueprint for healing,
For living as the truest expression of you,
And feeling the love of God or the divine or source,
Whatever mystery,
Whatever energy best supports your being,
And inviting this divine love through this lower half of your body,
Imagining it glowing with brilliant light,
Now inviting this light up into your torso,
Your low and upper belly,
Your low back,
Your mid-back,
Your lungs,
Your heart space,
Your shoulders,
Guiding this light of creation,
This light that created you to move with its knowledge,
Its love,
Its healing through these parts of your body,
Imagining your torso glowing bright,
Shining with this brilliant,
Beautiful white light,
Allowing that light to spread through your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
These extensions of your heart,
Inviting God's light or the light of the divine,
The light of source,
Whatever resonates for you,
Inviting this creative light through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Noticing any sensation,
Any tingling,
Any energy that comes with this light,
Now moving your awareness back to your heart space,
Inviting this light of creation into your heart,
Imagining your heart glowing brighter with each breath in,
Amplifying the energy of the heart space,
This light,
This love,
This power of healing and creation,
Sending this light back from the heart through the arms,
The hands,
The fingers,
The torso,
The legs,
The feet,
The toes,
Allowing all of these centers of the body to come into connection,
This brilliant light glowing within you,
Inviting the light up into the throat,
Inviting the breath to become audible,
To move whatever needs to move out of this throat space,
To make room for this light of creation,
For God's love,
The divine's love,
The love of source,
This brilliant light that created you,
Moving through your throat,
Up into your skull,
Your brain,
Your mouth,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
All glowing with this powerful light of creation,
This light that heals,
This light that knows,
That creates,
That carries the blueprint of your life,
This light that is the blueprint for your healing,
For your brightest version of self,
Now allowing this creative light to glow throughout your entire body,
Your brain,
Your mind,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Your whole torso,
Down through your spine,
To all your organs,
Your root,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes,
All glowing brightly with this light that created you,
That heals you,
That brings you to your fullest physical potential,
Allowing this light to bathe your entire body in the love of God,
Of the divine,

Of creation,
Of whatever name for what created you,
Resonates in your soul,
Allowing that light,

To fill your body,
To travel to whatever spaces of darkness that most need the light,
Bringing with it healing,
Love,
Your full human potential,
Allowing this light of creation to shine through your entire body,
To shine so bright from within you that it fills your field,
The space of energy around your body,
Imagining your light body glowing bright,
Shining into the space that surrounds you,
Filling the room where you are lying on the ground,
Knowing that this light of creation is infinite and powerful,
Can reach as far and wide as you envision it,
Sending your light out now into the world,
Around you,
The people,
The plants,
The animals,
That need to be ignited by your light so that they may also shine as bright,
And now allowing your light to shine beyond the earth,
Beyond the plants,
The animals,
The people,
Out into the universe beyond,
Knowing this light of creation within you is infinite,
Sending it out into the infinite space beyond,
Sensing the vastness of space around you,
And the brightness with which you glow brighter than the light,
Brighter than the sun,
Sending your light out to the far reaches of the universe,
And then calling it back into your own field,
The space around your own body,
Bringing in that infinite wisdom,
That blueprint,
Those secrets to healing,
To joy,
To love,
To peace,
Bringing that light back into your body,
Into whatever spaces within you still need more love,
More light,
Allowing yourself to bask in this beautiful light of creation that exists within you as long as you need,
Only coming back to the present moment when you are ready,
Find peace,
Find healing,

And that creative light within.
