A K–12 educator with a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, she began teaching mindfulness in 2010 and has since woven meditation, nervous system regulation, and intuitive movement into her work. Her guidance is gentle and grounding, creating a safe container for deep listening and transformation. Influenced by Embody Lab training, Dr. Zach Bush, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Caroline Myss, and HeartMath, Olivia serves as a gateway to embodied awareness, healing, and remembrance, offering guidance that is uniquely hers. Olivia lives in Northern California with her husband, two daughters, and countless rescue animals. She has been a writer for nearly two decades, including as a Forbes contributor covering wellness and travel related topics. She homeschools her girls and loves taking the road less traveled. Put simply, she embraces an unconventional life and encourages others to do the same.
