But just the main thing is that you're actually surrendering yourself to emotions.

And what you'll find is that you have to kind of surf them.

I someone surfs?

Well,

You have an individual on a surfboard,

And that's you.

And your awareness,

You could say,

You're the awareness,

The surfer,

And big waves are going to come and you have to just go,

Whoa,

Whoa,

Whoa.

And you have to be with it,

Be with it,

Be with it,

Be with it,

Be with it.

And it moves through you.

And then another one comes.

It's the nature of the ocean,

More and more waves,

And you,

The awareness,

Have to be there with it.

And if you,

What you will do is you will fall off the surfboard because all surfers fall off their boards.

What do you do when you fall off your board?

You don't give up and drown,

Do you?

You get back on and you continue to feel the waves.

And these waves,

Let me continue this analogy,

The waves of emotional density,
