Find a comfortable seated position or lie down with your arms resting gently by your sides.
Find your center and draw your awareness into the space around you.
Notice any sensations you may feel or any sounds you may hear.
Relax your muscles from head to toe and begin to notice your breath.
Inhale deeply filling your lungs fully with air and exhale completely relaxing deeper and deeper.
Take a few more deep breaths in exhale completely relaxing all the tension in your body.
Begin to draw your awareness to your third eye chakra the space between your brows.
Imagine a beautiful pure white light illuminating this space shining brighter and brighter clearing out all of the cobwebs.
As you sink deeper and deeper into relaxed bliss begin to imagine yourself stepping off of a train.
You've just finished a long tiring journey.
You've had emotional highs and experienced deep deep sorrows.
You've learned so many new things and you've let go of so much more.
As you step off of this train reflecting on this long journey you've just had you feel lighter and lighter with every step.
All of the time you've spent peeling away at your layers uncovering what's needed and what needs to be let go has officially paid off.
You shed these layers with every step forward and so you walk from the train from this long journey.
Before you is a beautiful city full of opportunities and experiences waiting to be had.
There are mountains to climb and oceans to explore streets to wander and places calling your heart.
This city before you is yours to explore.
You have total complete freedom to go wherever you want to go and to be whoever you want to be.
Every opportunity you've ever imagined and wished for lies ahead of you.
And so as you strut forward overwhelmed with your excitement and your appreciation for the journey you've already had you carve a new path.
So where do you go?
What do you do?
Take some time to imagine yourself exploring this beautiful city and land before you.
You've never felt lighter more free.
You're full of guinea happiness and smile just at the thought of all the opportunities before you.
Take some time now to visualize yourself and what you do in this beautiful city before you.
Allow yourself the freedom to follow your intuitive nudges,
To be giddy like a kid again,
To do the things you've always wanted,
To rest completely guilt-free knowing that it feeds your soul.
Allow yourself to imagine and be in this safe space now.

So so so so inhale softly and exhale completely.
Come back to our meditation now.
Know that you may visit this place that you've just explored anytime you want.
But for now come back and begin to reflect.

What things came to mind?
What lit you up inside?
Did any fears come to mind?
Did any new unexpected thrills occupy your time?
Do not take this meditation lightly.
Know that whatever you saw,
Whatever you felt,
Everything that came to mind surfaced for a reason.
Keep reflecting as you wiggle your toes and begin to move your fingers and slowly come back.
So thank yourself for giving you permission to explore your wildest dreams,
To simply exist and explore new possibilities.
Take the lessons you've learned,
The insights you've gained,
And the new hopes and dreams that may have come to your attention to heart.
