Welcome and good morning.

I'm Naomi and I invite you to take these next few moments just for you.

A gentle reset before the day begins.

Find a comfortable position,

Soften your shoulders and allow your body to settle into stillness.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Let's do two more of those.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And the last one now.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And let's begin.

Bring your awareness to where your body meets the surface beneath you.

Feel the steadiness that's already here holding you.

With every breath allow your mind to land fully in this present moment.

Breathe in calm.

Breathe out any tension,

Any worry about what lies ahead.

If thoughts come simply notice them and return to your breath.

A soft rhythm guiding you back home to yourself.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out imagine releasing anything left from yesterday.

Any stress,

Self-doubt or heaviness.

Let it dissolve with your breath.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to chase,

Only this moment fresh and full of possibility.

Now bring your hand to your heart and place a hand on your belly and ask yourself this gently.

What energy do I want to carry into today?

Perhaps it is peace,

Focus,

Compassion,

Confidence or joy.

Whatever word arises trust it.

Breathe it in deeply.

Let it fill every part of you.

As you breathe out imagine sharing that energy with the world around you.

Your intention becoming a quiet guiding light throughout the day.

Now repeat silently to yourself.

Today I move with clarity.

Today I lead with love.

Today I am grounded and free.

And just breathe in and as you breathe out allow those words to settle.

Let's say them again.

Today I move with clarity.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Let's take one final deep breath in now.

Breathe in as far as you can.

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in and just hold at the top.

Hold,

Hold and sigh the breath out.

Good,

Very good.

Now begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and just gently reawakening your body.

Allow energy to come up through your legs,

Into your torso and energy up into your arms and shoulders.

Give your arms a stretch all the way up to the sky and energy coming into your face and into your eyes and open your eyes.

Carrying your intention into the day ahead.
