Welcome and good morning.

This is your time to connect inward to the quiet light that already lives within you.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your jaw to soften and your body to settle.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and a long,

Gentle exhale through your mouth.

Let's begin.

Bring your awareness to the space around your heart.

Imagine a soft,

Warm glow resting there,

Your inner light.

It might look golden,

White or simply like warmth or calm.

There's no need to force anything.

Just sense its quiet presence.

With each inhale,

Imagine this light growing a little brighter.

With each exhale,

Imagine it softening and expanding gently through your chest.

Now feel that glow radiating outward,

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms.

Flowing down through your belly,

Your legs and all the way to your toes.

Feel it rise through your throat,

Your face and the crown of your head.

Your whole body bathed in this peaceful light.

It's calm,

Grounded and steady.

Never rushing,

Never fading.

This is your essence.

Always here,

Even when life feels cloudy.

As you breathe,

Silently repeat to yourself,

My light is steady.

My light guides me.

My light is enough.

Pause and rest in that feeling.

Now imagine this light extending gently beyond you,

Touching everything around you with ease and compassion.

See it reaching into your morning,

Illuminating the path ahead.

You don't need to do anything to earn this light.

You simply remember it is there.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath in and a slow exhale out.

Begin to notice the space around you.

The sounds,

The light,

The feeling of your body supported beneath you.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying your inner light into the rest of your day.

Calm,
