Use this one upon waking to tune your mindset and energy toward what you want to manifest during the day. To amplify the transformative effect, use the 'MANIFEST Sleep' version before sleep. HOW TO USE: First thing in the morning, before checking your phone, speaking, or tuning into any other vibration. With eyes closed, breathe deeply, repeat each word slowly, allowing the affirmations to resonate in your body. Feel them in your body; this is key.
