This is one of two guided meditations, a morning and evening set, designed to help you align with your soul’s direction. Use this one before sleep to attune your mind and body to the frequency of what you want to manifest overnight. To amplify the transformative effect, use the 'Manifest Awake' version upon waking. How to use: Just before sleep, with lights off and phone aside. Lie down, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths. With eyes closed, breathe deeply, repeat each word slowly, allowing the affirmations to resonate in your body. Feel them in your body, this is key.
