Welcome everyone into this safe and loving space.
Allow yourself to find your place of comfort.
And then gently close your eyes.
And let's begin with a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Holding at the top,
And then release.
And let's do that one more time.
Deep breath in.
And hold.
And release.
Now,
We are going to shed any and all beliefs that prevent your truth from shining through and radiating exactly what you are.
And that is abundance.
You are abundance of love,
Freedom,
Wealth,
And health.
Your nature is this abundance that you sometimes feel that you need to attract.
It's not something that you need to call in,
Or something that you have to become.
You can breathe a sigh of relief,
My love,
Because it is what you are.
You are.
We know this truth when we come into this world,
Because there is nothing else for us to know.
And then,
As others thrust their misguided beliefs about life onto us,
We begin to question this knowing.
The more we question it,
The more scrambled our signal becomes.
And we begin to send doubt into the universe,
And then reflect back exactly that.
More reasons to doubt our innate abundance.
But your truth has never changed.
Your power to create the life of your choosing is still inside of you.
The simple truth is that everything we manifest into our lives is a direct reflection of our alignment with this knowing.
It is our beliefs,
Often deeply held in our subconscious,
That either permits or obstructs this alignment.
It's time to give yourself permission to live in full alignment.
Now,
Placing your hand on your heart and tuning into its gentle beat,
I would like you to repeat the following words,
Either silently or aloud.
I shed the belief of lack.
My truth is abundance.
I shed the belief of lack.
My truth is abundance.
I shed the belief of lack.
My truth is abundance.
And now,
With your hand still on your heart,
Take a few moments to allow your body to adjust to this shift in alignment.
And now,
With a deep breath,
Take in the knowing of your unchanging abundance.
And then,
With the out breath,
Release any and all beliefs of lack.
Beautiful.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath's natural rhythm.
As your subconscious begins to absorb this truth and release the false narratives it has been directing you from,
You will begin to draw into your life the people and circumstances that allow you to realize your abundance into myriad of forms.
From this newly aligned position,
You will now reflect the parts of you that vibrate truth and authenticity.
This is the essence of how you create whatever life you desire.
As your higher self sends you inspiration and ideas that propel you with a sense of ease and love via your imagination.
And with your inner being now emitting a signal that's in alignment with this infinite self,
What flows to you is limitless.
Through your own grace and understanding that our expansive being will always beam that truth of abundance,
And that the moments where we forget are an invitation to reach back to the hand of your own divinity and resume this dance with life.
Now,
Take a deep breath with me as we inhale the trust that we are supported by life and its infinite intelligence.
And then we will exhale with the knowing that you're always going to be delivered the right step for exactly where you are in your divine dance.

And release.
You may gently open your eyes now.
And whether you feel it or not,
There has been a pivotal shift within you.
You are now beginning to radiate a signal of alignment.
A signal of all-encompassing abundance.
You have cleared the filter of lack.
And what is yours now sees the path to you.
May you feel this in moments big and small as you realize all of the abundance that you are.
