In this gentle meditation, you’ll be guided to soften the resistance around fear — not by confronting it head-on, but by allowing a small part of it to be seen. When we stop pushing fear away or trying to outrun it, something begins to shift. This practice invites a moment of stillness and honesty, where the constant inner tension can start to ease. With calm, grounded guidance, you'll create space for whatever is present — reminding your nervous system that it’s safe to feel, safe to slow down, and safe to stay. This is a first step in transforming fear from something to avoid into something you can gently hold.

Hello and thank you for sharing this space with me today.

I want to thank you for allowing me to guide you on this meditation.

Today I'm going to guide you on a meditation that will allow you to lessen the grip on whatever fear or anxiety you may be feeling in your life right now.

It might be a tightness you feel in your chest.

It could be an uneasiness in your belly.

Sometimes it's just feeling our mind stuck in rumination on something from our past,

Or even a fear of what might happen in the future.

It may even be a constant buzzing there in the background of your life that seems to keep you from truly radiating the loving light that shines from within you.

What if these things that seem to keep our hearts bound,

That keep our minds racing,

That keep us up at night,

What if we just for a moment stop trying to disconnect from them?

What if we took a moment to truly feel these painful feelings and ask them what it is they want from us?

I have found in my life when I do this,

Two things happen.

The first is that the pain immediately begins to lessen its grip.

It's as if when I was trying to run away in my mind,

The pain was clinging to me as if to say I'm not your enemy.

I have something for you.

I have a gift for you my love.

When we label the pain and fear that we feel in our bodies as bad and something to escape,

We only create a space for it to grip more.

I would like to remind you my love,

That your beauty,

Your light,

Your tender heart,

They are never at risk when we turn and listen to our pain.

For these uncomfortable feelings usually arise in our lives because there is a disconnect within us.

These painful emotions are calling out to help us find our path back to wholeness,

Back to a place where we can grow and flourish and share our light in the way that we were meant to in this world.

The second thing that happens is this pain,

This fear,

It begins to show us why it is present in our lives.

When we allow these emotions to start to move through us,

We can really begin to receive the message that they are trying to deliver.

Often a way to help us course-correct and often by simply reminding us that we have forgotten to love ourselves and that the answers we are so desperate to find outside of us have been within us all along.

Now allow yourself to find a comfortable position.

You can sit with your spine erect or lie down flat with your hands at your side and your eyes closed.

And let's start by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath through our nose and allowing our bodies to soften.

And then gently release that breath.

And again.

And then allow our bodies to soften on the release.

Beautiful job.

Now allow your breath to return to a normal rhythm.

And as you breathe,

I'm going to ask you to bring your awareness to your heart space.

Breathing gently in and out of this space.

This is where your higher self is always anchored.

In here it's always calm,

It's always steady.

There's always that soft hum of energy connecting you to source.

To your worth,

To your purpose,

And to your future.

Let's keep our attention here on this divine place for a minute or so as we anchor to this calm.

Very good.

Now that you have settled into this safe space,

I'm going to ask you to call forth some of the pain,

Some of the fear,

Some of the emptiness that you have been feeling.

If it starts to feel overwhelming,

Remember you only need to call forward a piece.

Just call forward a part that you can negotiate with.

You don't need to invite the whole pain in.

And then I want you to silently repeat these words.

I see you and I allow you.

I see you and I allow you.

I see you and I allow you.

And from your heart space,

I want you to truly listen.

Allow that feeling to speak as it may.

Allow it without judgment while you remain anchored to your heart's healing energy.

Whatever comes up,

Just try to notice and allow.

Remember,

These feelings and emotions are here to bring us something.

Something valuable.

Something to help us.

You may feel a tingling sensation,

Or heat in your body,

Or a heaviness in your chest.

I'm going to give you some time to focus your breathing in and out of your heart while staying aware of the feelings and emotions being spoken through your body.

When you hear the sound of the bell,

Just allow your focus to return to the sound of my voice.

And remember,

You're never alone.

I'm sending you healing,

Loving energy this whole time.

Beautiful work.

I want to commend you on your bravery.

Now notice how that feeling that felt so unbearable before has started to feel a little less threatening.

Its grip has loosened just a bit.

When we remember that we always have our heart space as a loving,

Healing anchor,

We can allow the painful emotions and fears to begin to move through us,

And they will eventually pass.

On the other side of every storm is sunshine and blue skies.

They are there,

Waiting for you,

My love.

I hope that you will come back to this meditation anytime the stress and anxieties of life start to feel unbearable.

Remember,

You are anchored from a place that is immovable.

And by allowing the storm to move through,

Instead of constantly running from it,

We will again be standing under the warm sunlight.

Namaste.
