Meditation Timer OnlineI’m Mo — space holder, guide, yoga teacher, and founder of Soul Space Chester. My work is rooted in lived experience as much as training. Through my own journey of healing, motherhood, and navigating life’s challenges, I’ve come to understand that transformation isn’t something we force — it’s something we gently allow, when the body feels safe enough to soften. I weave together yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatics, sound, and energy work to create spaces where you can slow down, exhale, and return to yourself. Spaces where you can land just as you are — without pressure, without performance — and begin to listen more deeply to your body and inner world. My approach is grounded in nervous system awareness and embodied spirituality. It’s less about escaping life, and more about learning how to meet it with presence, compassion, and trust in your own inner wisdom. Alongside my classes and meditations, I offer one-to-one sessions in Embodied Processing (EP), holistic life coaching, and integrative healing — supporting you in moving through what feels stuck, reconnecting to yourself, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re here to rest, release, reconnect, or simply take a breath in the middle of a busy life… you’re welcome exactly as you are.
