Hello guys and welcome to the exercise be still and know that you are God.
This exercise is about your human self reconnecting with your divinity,
With your divine self,
With your true self.
It is when you go through awakening it is last stage and that is enlightenment and the exercise goes as it is.
You allow your awareness and your focus drop from your head to your heart so you can even place your hands on your heart and take a deep breath and release any tension through your body and become present in this moment.
There is nothing else that matters.
There is no wanting needing.
There is no pressure,
No stress.
Do it when you feel safe and where you feel safe.
Drop your awareness to your heart.
Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart.
Concentrate on your hands,
On your heart and on your heart itself and release any tension through your mouth.
Your awareness is in your heart.
Concentrate on your heart only.
You are still.
You are calm.
There is no thinking.
There is no emotions involved.
There's just beingness.
At the beginning will help you just concentrate on breathing and breathing into your heart and being in your heart.
It's really about switching off the mind and thinking.
The next stage is you keep repeating yourself.
Who am I?
But you're not waiting for the answer.
And you have no expectation but the intention behind all of this exercise is for you to meet you to become one with your divine self.
Your human self reconnect with your divine self and becomes one.
And you do that exercise.

So who am I?
Your awareness is in your heart.
You're still.
There is no emotions,
No thinking,
No waiting for the answer.
Who am I?
And you can concentrate on one spot in front of you and nothing else.
And then maybe thoughts come but they are still still and you can observe it but you don't follow it.
Not even with your eyes.
You just stay.
Your awareness is always on one spot in your heart.
Who am I?
And breathe deeply and slowly to your heart.

Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart.
And release any tension.
So at the beginning I really recommend to do it even up to 15 minutes each day.
And what happens is you go beyond your mind and beyond emotions.
So you enter this without emotions,
Without thinking,
In stillness and without wanting and pushing and trying and efforting anything.
Something within you opens up and the different type of feelings will flood your system,
Flood your body,
Flood your mind which comes from within you.
And these feelings are stable.
They don't go up and down.
They are only positive and they are very very stable.
It's like inner blissfulness comes from within you.
Inner love comes from within you.
Inner happiness comes from within you.
Inner joy comes from within you.
Feelings of the wealth and abundance come from within you.
The feelings of well-being come from within you.
It just happens but you mustn't force it.
Because the moment when you want something and you force it then you kind of resist and there is a fear that it will never happen.
So the human self at the beginning has to learn to trust and surrender.
And when you ask the question who am I you are not waiting for the answer.
So you just relax into the present moment,
Into doing nothing,
Into the just present moment,
Into just beingness and being in your heart area.
It's actually quite a difficult exercise.
It seems very easy but it's very healing but also it helps you to attract more goodness,
More love.
You become more attuned with who you truly are without any other techniques and methods.
You will see.
