I asked God within me,
The I am,
What is the fastest way to manifest,
What is the real secret how to manifest.
And then what happened,
I was shown five different people who were telling the same.
And what they were telling was the real secret.
They said,
I felt it,
That I own it.
I felt I own it.
I felt it's mine.
And then it happened.
Some people say,
I felt that it's mine.
And then I think for it.
I think I felt that it's mine.
And that was it.
So I believe that the most important secret in manifestation on bringing something into reality or being one with your desire is not only saying and choosing it,
But really the choosing is allowing it,
Saying yes to it.
It's really opening heart and digest it through your heart.
I always kept saying that,
But I didn't know because there are issues which you digest easy.
Like you open your heart and the desire enters your heart and that's it.
So it's really feeling is really receiving your desire through your open heart.
It's saying,
I have no doubts about that.
I want that.
I have no fears about that.
I want that.
The only thing which we block as humans,
We block our heart desires because heart desire is like your God within you say,
Oh,
Let's experience this.
And human self say,
Oh,
Let's wait.
I am scared of it.
I am afraid of it.
It's something new.
It's outside of my experience.
So we block it with our fears,
But also we block it with the doubts.
Like if you think there is something you cannot have,
Then you will never open your heart.
You will never open your heart and bring desire into your open heart and digest the desire.
So the practice is as follows.
It's between seven days and up to 10 days challenge.
Feel as it's yours.
Whatever desire you have,
Have pure clarity what's your heart is desiring.
That's first.
Have clarity what's your heart is desiring.
If you have that clarity and if you've got that desire,
Then feel it as it's already yours.
So what it takes,
It takes practice.
When you go into the stillness,
When you close the doors,
When you're alone in quietness and stillness and a neutrality,
You bring your desire into your heart and then you relax into it.
You open your heart and you sort of digest it.
You feel it.
You breathe.
Your feeling in that sense is breathing with open heart.
Breathing in the desire with open heart.
That's the feeling.
Breathing in the desire with open heart.
So your heart will not close because of fear and doubts.
It's not manufactured emotions.
And also you can ask your spirit,
You can ask your I am,
You can ask the God Virginia.
Give me that feeling.
Bring that feeling to me.
So what you do only is concentrate all the attention and awareness and energy into one spot in your heart and you relax and breathe.
You've got that intention.
You also bring that desire and what you do,
You breathe and you feel the breathing and you feel that desire and you're bringing it into your open heart.
So consciously you're opening your heart,
You relax and bring it into your heart.
You do it till you've got that feeling that it's yours.
Because when you've got that feeling that it's yours,
Then you calm down.
Your nervous system comes down,
Everything comes down and you don't need to do that exercise anymore because something within you clicks and you know it's done.
You have that knowing that it's done.
So then you stop doing that exercise and you just trust that everything will sort it out itself.
And it automatically comes with that trust actually.
And that's actually how easy is that.
When there is some issues or some ideas or some desires which are so different to your circumstances,
Current situation,
To your current experiences,
What might happen is that after,
Let's say,
You catch the feeling first day because you practice it like five days a day,
Five times a day,
And then you catch that feeling and you feel it,
What might happen next day,
The old beliefs,
Old identities and old beliefs which are not aligned with your desire,
You will need to purge them.
You will need to let go of them.
That's all.
So what might happen is that you suddenly feel a surge of heaviness,
Surge of sadness,
Surge of frustration,
Surge of desperation,
Very,
Very heavy emotions next day.
And what you do with it is you understand,
Okay,
I am purging the old limitations and old identities.
That is very important because that is the step you need to let go of.
You really need to let go of those old identities and beliefs.
And it comes within as the feelings,
As emotions,
Not feelings,
But as emotions from old thinking and old identities.
So what you do,
You transform them in the present.
So yeah,
In neutrality in your heart,
You breathe and you bring those heaviness and you just breathe through it.
You're not identifying with it.
You know that it's old identity and you also know that you are purging,
That you are letting it go.
So you just breathe through it.
You let it flow through your system,
Flow through your body till it neutralizes itself.
What also helps with purging and letting go is walking in the nature and doing that breathing in the stillness,
In the presence.
And you also,
You have that understanding,
Okay,
I'm not crazy or it's not my fault.
I'm not doing anything wrong.
I'm just purging.
I'm just letting go the old identities and the old beliefs.
So what I need to do is just breathe in the presence,
Be in the presence,
Present in the present moment,
In neutrality in my heart and just breathe and just breathe.
And the walk and the movement in nature will help to speed up that process.
