So the main reason you are not experiencing abundance generally,
Abundance is because you are not vibrating in certain way.
And what you are missing element,
What you are missing is really abundance equals feeling worthy.
And though you might have tried other methods like visualizing money,
Counting money,
Visualizing partner,
Meeting partner,
Visualizing new love of real life or visualizing whatever and it didn't work.
That's how.
Because really abundance equals feeling through your heart and not visualizing through your mind.
It's not willpower and manipulation with the energy through the mind.
But it is really feeling,
Allowing yourself to feel your worthiness through open heart.
And that's the huge difference.
That's the huge difference.
So let me tell you the science of feeling unworthy.
Feeling unworthy,
People usually have that missing element when you experience childhood trauma,
When your parents were too critical to you,
When some of your parents were abusive and narcissistic,
If you were never praised as a child,
If you experience sexual abuse whenever during your life.
Because sexual abuse is very huge hit for our psyche.
If you were traumatized really in any way,
If you were a black sheep in your family,
If you were different and people would laugh at you and didn't accept you as a child or young person.
You might,
I'm not saying you must,
But most of the time you create the identity I am unworthy and you vibrate in that unworthiness.
So here are a few signs that you feel unworthy.
You feel unworthy when you think you don't deserve what you want.
When you are extremely critical of yourself but then you are praising others,
You think the others know better than you,
When you please others,
When you are too nice to others,
When you want to love others at the cost of yourself and how you feel.
When you think other people are more beautiful,
More clever,
More intelligent,
More wise,
They know better than you.
But then when you think who you are and how you look is not enough and you are questioning what you said all the time,
You have lots of regrets,
You have lots of guilt about who you are,
How you behave,
What you do.
When you think you need to do something in order to be loved,
Accepted or to be abandoned.
If you think you have to improve all the time and prove your worth and prove that you can have or deserve,
You think that opinions of others are more important than yours.
And when you deprive yourself of things you want and you concentrate on others,
Like pleasing others but also like fulfilling the needs and desires of others,
Rather than looking at you and concentrating on what you need and what's your needs and what's your desires and honoring yourself and sort of concentrating on your wants and your value and your worth.
And it's a huge thing if you think about it when we talk about it.
Then you feel internally you feel not good enough,
You feel like a failure,
You don't want to accept help,
Because that makes you feel weak.
You're really sacrificing and compromising for others.
You're afraid to tell what you really think to others,
You often feel depressed.
What else?
You have a hard time communicating,
Expressing your thoughts and feelings to others.
Feel guilty and apologize often.
Have a hard time accepting kindness from others.
You think you haven't accomplished enough.
You think about yourself that you are flawed and defective in some ways.
You are focusing also on what you're doing wrong and on your faults and you find difficult to accept praise and appreciations from others.
It's a long list,
My dears.
And also you have no idea what your dreams and desires are,
Because you are sort of concentrating on others,
On fulfilling other dreams and desires.
That's huge,
My friends.
That's huge.
So today we are going to turn it around.
What we want you to do is vibrate and let go of old life,
Old beliefs,
All those old signs and feelings and thoughts and beliefs about yourself and others go.
It's old,
Old energy.
Old painful traumatizing energy when you sacrifice yourself for others.
Now it's time to let it go.
It's time for you to accept yourself,
Who you are,
Your worthiness without proof.
Without proof.
Unconditionally.
And that's what we are going to do.
So if you are ready,

Really must say this is extremely powerful.
I know it because I have done it.
And then there are,
It might happen that everything old will crumble and you will start panicking that what's going on.
But when things are going into the chaos,
That means other things are falling apart.
The old energy,
Old identities are falling apart and that's good.
Let it go.
And you just keep vibrating inside,
Focusing on words,
Focusing on that type of meditation,
Opening heart,
Switching off the mind and thinking and vibrating at the I am worthy.
And that's it.

Switch off your mind completely.
Not thinking allowed.
Honestly,
Not thinking is allowed in this meditation and activation and shifting your consciousness.
Because that's what we do.
We expand and shift your consciousness into the more of who you really are.
We are leaving that BS behind you.

There is no visualization involved whatsoever because that's a mind thing.
There is no effort because that's a mind thing.
There is no power manipulation of energy because that's the mind thing.
It's allowing and what you feel is just the air,
The energy of the air,
Like breathing into your heart.
So you sort of visualize what you feel is the air which is coming into your heart,
Open heart.
And that air is filled with the worthiness,
Frequency.
I am worthy frequency.
And you sort of feel the air which is filled with the I am worthy frequency.
Perfect.
We got each other and I'm glad.
So take another deep breath and with the breath bring the air of the I am feeling worthy.

And release any tension.
Drop into your heart,
Get grounded.
Be present in this moment and be present in this moment just be in the body.
Notice your body,
Feel your body.
Now be in your heart,

Notice your breathing.
That's all.

So I am worthy.
Bring it in into your open heart and sort of digest it.

Feel it,
Your heart with that air which is filled with I am worthy.
Feel it and let it go.
Everything else let it go.

Feel the air filled with I am worthy and sort of receive it through open heart into your heart.
That sort of air with the vibration I am worthy goes into your open heart and you digest it fully.
Perfect.
And release any tension through your mouth.
I am worthy.
And feel the air opening your heart.
Feel the open heart and open and that air which is sort of coming into your heart fully and completely.
You're allowing it and you're digesting it,
You're eating it,
You're vibrating it.
You're it.
You're synchronizing with it.
You're becoming it.
You are it.
I am feeling worthy.
And I just won't be commenting what to do but you know what to do.
Feel the air and open your heart.
Really it's opening heart and bringing that air filled with I am worthy into your heart is the key.
So I won't comment that.
You keep that.
Remember that.
And I will just guide you with saying simple words.

Because we have so much,
We spend so much time on visualizing money,
Counting money,
Counting how rich we are.

Just go with it like you're visualizing a millionaire.
