When you first start to meditate,

The most difficult thing can be simply getting into a routine.

So with one minute meditation,

We get you started and here's how we'll begin.

Sit somewhere comfortable,

But that's not a requirement.

You can even be going about your day,

But it's nice to be able to sit and be just calm for a moment.

Take your phone or other timer and set it for one minute and then just sit.

Watch your thoughts go by.

Literally watch them like a ticker tape floating before your eyes.

All the things that you need to do and if you feel like you want to go do something or you're feeling anxious about what you have to do,

Just do nothing about it.

Just for now.

Just for one minute.

Keep watching your thoughts go by.

Be free to do nothing.
