Take a moment to arrive.
Find a position that feels supportive,
Whether sitting or lying down.
Let it be a shape that your body can soften into.
Allow your hands to rest,
Maybe one on your belly,
One on your heart.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Relax your jaw.
Let your shoulders gently drop.
And now,
We begin with breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose,
And exhale gently release.
Inhale slowly through your nose,
Fill your belly,
Feel it rise,
And exhale out through your mouth with a sigh,
Let it go.
Focus on your breath.
Inhale and exhale,
Allowing you to soften and arrive into this moment.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale,
Breathing in calm.
Exhale,
Let go of anything from your day.
Let your breath return to a natural rhythm now,
But stay connected to your breath.
Allow it to keep you in this present moment.
Each inhale is a gentle arrival,
And each exhale is a softening and a release.
Feel the way your body responds.
The way that your nervous system softens.
The way your breath anchors you to this moment.
This meditation is for the in-between.
The space where one thing has ended,
But the next has not yet arrived.
Where you're no longer who you were,
But you're not quite who you're becoming.
The in-between.
In-between an ending and a beginning.
The in-between.
It can feel like emptiness.
It can feel like grief.
It can feel like floating.
Floating in the dark with no map.
But even this in-between.
This too is sacred.
Breathe with me now.
Inhale and exhale.
Soften.
Inhale and exhale.
Let go.
Maybe you've just said goodbye to something.
A rhythm you loved.
A season of ease.
A role that you knew so well.
Maybe your body feels foreign.
Your energy might be scattered.
Your identity shifting.
And maybe you don't know what's next.
That's okay.
Every ending holds a beginning.
Even when you can't see it.
Even when you feel paused.
Uncertain.
Undone.
You are not lost.
You are being re-rooted.
You are like a tree shedding its leaves.
You are preparing.
Preparing for new beginnings.
For new possibilities.
Preparing for a deeper,
Stronger root.
A fuller bloom.
A life that fits you right now who you are.
So let yourself rest in this in-between.
Not rushing or forcing.
Just being.
Repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.
I am safe in this space in-between.
I trust what is leaving.
I welcome what is yet to come.
I allow myself to be part of this mystery.
Your nervous system might long for clarity.
Your mind may crave a plan.
But your soul,
Your soul knows that becoming takes time.
Any time you can spend here in your cocoon.
In the fertile unknown.
It's not wasted time.
It is wise.
It is worthy.
It is the pause before the rise.
Let this stillness hold you.
Let your breath steady you.
Let the not knowing nourish you.
You don't have to feel ready in this time of in-between.
You don't have to have answers.
You only have to trust in the rhythm of your life.
Knowing that there are always endings.
And always beginnings.
And often this time of in-between.
Trust in your wisdom.
That it knows where it's taking you.
Place your hand over your heart and whisper.
I am in-between.
I am being prepared for new beginnings.
I trust the wisdom of this pause.
One more deep breath in.
Exhale,
Fully release.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Back to the room and the space around you.
Ground yourself back into the room.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this knowing with you today.
You are okay in the in-between.
It is okay to let go of endings.
You can be open to new beginnings and possibilities.
You are in the in-between.
You are being remade.
Trust the wisdom of this pause.
