A breath work used to soothe the nervous system.

Promote relaxation and help you find a place of calm.

This really helped. Usually I have a hard time doing box breathing as it’s meant to be done as I get winded but the timing of the inhales, exhales, and holds was timed perfectly for me. Thank you for creating this breathing exercise.
