Hello and welcome to your feel-good frequency where you get to remember just how amazing and capable you really are.
Now go ahead and get settled in and we'll do a couple breaths here.
So we're going to breathe in through our nose and out our mouth.
And the inhale through our nose is a two-part inhale.
You're going to breathe in and expand your belly,
Bring that same inhale up into your chest and then just sigh it out your mouth.
So it sounds like this.
There are no pauses or breaks.
It's rhythmatic and you can think of it like that runner's pace,
Really getting that oxygen in.
Allow that inhale to be full,
Satisfying and complete and then just sigh it out and repeat again.
Here we go.
Finding your rhythm,
Finding your pace,
Big inhales,
Expanding the belly,
Bringing that same inhale up into the chest and then just let it go.
Keep breathing,
Nice strong inhales,
Belly,
Chest,
Sigh it out.
Nice deep inhales,
Ballooning that belly,
Bringing that same inhale up into the chest,
Really expanding the heart,
Open up the heart and then just let it all go.
Keep up the breathing,
Let it feel good.
This is your moment,
Nice strong inhales,
Let it feel good.
Keep breathing,
Strong inhales,
Let the breath take you over,
Let the music move you,
Just keep breathing.
Just let that breath feel good,
Bring in that oxygen and then just let it go.
Let go of the day,
Let go of the week,
Let go of the month,
Just enjoy yourself.
Keep breathing,
Strong inhales here and then just let it all go.
Keep it going,
Nice and strong,
Big strong inhales here,
Into the belly,
Up into the chest and then just let it go.
All right,
Just notice how you're starting to feel now,
Any tingling sensations in the body,
Any cramping of the hands,
That's just a good sign that the breath is working and just notice where your thoughts are at,
Okay?
Just take inventory here at this point,
None of your thoughts are random right now,
There's a reason why you're thinking the thoughts,
Feeling the emotions,
Feeling the sensations.
The breath will guide you to exactly what needs attention,
Just keep breathing.
Okay,
Just stay with me,
Keep breathing and I want you to listen to the sound of my voice as I carry you through this.
I want you to call forward that best version of yourself,
The best version.
What does that person look like?
I want you to sense it and see it because I know it's in there inside of you,
This version of you that is dying to come out.
What does that look like?
Your highest self,
Your best self,
What does that look like?
How do you hold your body?
What is the energy and presence you keep?
What are you wearing?
How do you move your body?
I want you to picture it,
See it in your mind's eye,
The most brilliant,
Beautiful,
Radiant version of you.
Remember to keep breathing,
Belly,
Chest,
Let it go.
Okay,
So you've got this vision of who you want to be,
Of who you're being called to be,
Of who you know you're meant to be,
Right?
Now what about those goals,
That vision,
Those dreams of something bigger and better?
What do you really want in this life?
Not what you think you could have because that's very different.
What do you really desire in this life?
Go ahead and call that forward.
It's just you and your breath.
There's no one here to stop you.
So how big,
How daring can you dream?
Because whatever is inside of you,
Whatever you desire is not random,
It's not by chance.
It's your potential.
Okay,
Keep breathing again,
Strong inhales,
Ballooning that belly,
Bring it up into the chest,
And sigh it out.
Now let's find out what's keeping you from becoming all of this.
Keep breathing.
When you think of something bigger and better than what is,
When you think of that best version of yourself,
When you think of those dreams,
The goals,
The vision that you have,
What is that sneaky voice that comes in right behind it that tells you you can't have it?
It might sound something like I am not good enough.
I am not worthy.
I am not capable.
I am not lovable.
I am not safe.
I don't have enough time and resources.
What do you tell yourself when you think of something bigger and better for yourself?
I want you to get really familiar,
Very intimate with that voice.
It could be running in the background for so long that you don't even hear it anymore,
But you tell yourself something.
There is a negative thought,
A negative belief that's keeping you from where you want to be.
And that belief,
That's the one that's been running this show.
That's the one that's been making the decisions and creating the reality.
So I want you to know it because we're going to eliminate it because you are far greater than any lie you have been told and sold.
So I want you to find that negative belief system,
That negative self-talk,
And I want you to breathe it out.
Grab a hold of it with your breath and let it go as much as you can today.
1%,
10%,
50%.
How much can you let go of this lie that you believed?
Keep breathing it out.
Strong inhales here and strong exhales because I'm going to say it again.
You are far greater than any lie you have been told and sold.
You were born into this world with so much promise and so much potential.
But along the way,
We all get a little banged up and something happens and we start to believe that we're anything but incredible,
Capable,
And amazing.
So find that negative programming and let it go because it is not the truth of who you really are.
Just a couple more strong exhales here.
Just let it go and then we're going to switch gears and we're going to have a lot of fun.
All right,
My friend,
Let's pick it back up.
I want you to bring your attention now back to your heart,
Back to that beautiful,
Brilliant heart.
All your focus,
All your attention to your heart now.
And I want you to start to sense or see this beautiful,
Brilliant golden light at the center of your heart.
And this light is your light and it holds all of your brilliance and beauty and capability and all the love you've ever wanted and needed.
Really feeling into all of your brilliance and beauty and capability,
All of your potential,
All the love that you have to give in this world,
Right?
You didn't come here to play mediocre.
Tap into that light and the more you give that light,
Your attention,
The more you give it your focus,
The more this beautiful,
Brilliant light of yours is going to grow and people are going to see it.
It's going to shine right out of your eyes.
Beautiful.
Keep breathing strong inhales and then just sigh it out.
Now go ahead and take that brilliant light of yours and I want you to shine it outward for you to remember who you are and for the world to witness you in all of your beauty and brilliance.
In this expanded state,
I want you to remember,
I want you to call back your dreams,
Your goals,
Your vision,
That best version of yourself.
And we're going to run a new program now,
A new belief system.
So I'm going to ask you,
What do you need to know in order to get to where you want to go?
Do you need to know that you are worthy,
That you are enough,
That you're capable,
You're beautiful,
You're lovable.
What is it that you need to know?
What do you need to remember?
What do you need to tap into to get you to where you want to go?
Find it and put it on repeat.
And you're going to put this on repeat now,
Whatever it is that you need to know and remember to become the version that you want to become,
To live the life you want to live.
Put it on repeat and I want you to say it until you actually start to believe it.
To start to actually believe that you're worthy,
You're capable,
That you're enough.
Remember to keep breathing.
We're almost there.
Strong inhales into the belly,
Expanding up into the chest and then sigh it out.
Coming back to that goal,
That vision,
That dream of yours,
That best version of yourself.
When you think about who you want to become and where you want to go and where you are at right now,
I've got one question for you.
What is one action you can take to create the life you want?
What is one action step?
Now just notice what comes up.
Notice the first thought,
No matter how random or insignificant.
Your intuition,
Your internal guiding system,
Your subconscious has the answer.
It has the direction,
Especially when it's backed by belief that you can create it,
That you are worthy,
That you are capable.
Notice what comes up.
Keep breathing.
One small action step in the right direction will get you to where you want to go.
So what do you need to say yes to?
And what do you need to say no to?
Because it's not just what happens on the mat.
It's not just what happens in this session.
It's what you go and do in the real world that helps create the life you truly want.
So what can you do right now?
And don't worry if you didn't get a clear action step.
The seed has been planted.
It'll come and you'll know what to do.
You'll know where to go.
Keep breathing.
Take my time.
Just enjoy the ride.

Just slow down the body.
Slow down the mind.
Slow down the breath.
As you begin to drop in and relax,
I want you to bring your attention back to your heart.
All your focus.
All your attention.
Back to that beautiful,
Brilliant heart of yours.
And as you focus on the center of your chest,
I want you to call back that beautiful,
Golden light.
And remembering what this light is.
That it's your light.
It holds all of your brilliance and beauty and magnificence,
Potential.
It holds all the love.
Come back to that.
Come back home to yourself.
In this time,
I want you to take that beautiful,
Brilliant light of yours,
And I want you to shine it inward.
Shine that light inward.
And transmuting that light into thick,
Golden honey.
Allowing this light to move throughout your body.
To nourish you.
To provide for you.
To give you everything that you need.
Moving it through your body.
Allowing it to expand.
This light is so thick and full of nutrients that it puts pressure on the back of your heart.
Expands your ribcage.
Moves through your entire body.
Nourishing your mind and your soul.
