Hello and welcome!
Play.
I would like to speak with you about something that can feel very challenging in our modern lives.
Patience.
Not just patients in a general sense.
But spiritual patients.
The kind of patience that allows us to grow to heal and to unfold without rushing the process.
We live in a world that moves very quickly.
Everything is immediate.
Information is instant.
Responses are expected right away.
Progress is measured constantly.
We are taught,
Often without realizing it,
That faster is better.
We should always be moving forward,
Improving,
Achieving,
Becoming.
And when things take time.
When progress feels slow,
When life does not unfold as quickly as we would like,
We become.
.
.
I'm comfortable.
With your behind.
We feel frustrated.
We feel like something is wrong.
But the spiritual path does not follow the same regan.
The world around us.
It moves differently.
It moves more like nature.
If you observe nature,
You will notice that nothing is rushed.
A seed does not become a tree overnight.
No,
That is not possible.
A flower does not bloom out of urgency.
Everything unfolds in its own time.
Quietly.
Gradually.
With an intelligence that does not force.
Baralaos.
And we are part of that same natural rhythm.
Even though we live in a fast world,
Our inner growth still follows slower.
Deeper pace.
Spiritual patience is the ability to honor that pace.
It is the willingness to stay present even when things are not happening as quickly as we would like.
It is the understanding that growth is often invisible.
That just because we do not see immediate results does not mean that nothing is happening.
In meditation,
This becomes very clear.
We may sit for days.
Weeks,
Months.
Even years sometimes,
Without feeling any significant change.
The mind is still busy.
The body is still restless and it can be tempting to think This is not working.
I should be further alone.
But something is happening.
Subtle shifts are taking place.
Awareness.
Deep in it.
Sensitivity is increasing.
Patterns are slowly being seen more clearly.
These changes are not always dramatic.
They got to quiet.
And they require patience to be recognized.
With our patience.
We tend to interrupt the process.
We jump from one practice to another.
We search for quick results.
We lose trust in what we are doing.
With patience.
Something different happens.
We begin to stay.
We begin to allow.
We begin to trust that the process itself has value.
Spiritual patience is also deeply connected to trust.
Trusting life!
Trusting timing.
In the intelligence that is guiding our growth.
This does not mean that we stop making effort.
We still show up,
Right?
We still practice.
We still take steps.
But we release the urgency.
We release the pressure to become something quickly.
And instead,
We begin to be.
.
.
With weddings?
There is also a softness in patience.
Gentleness When we are patient with ourselves,
We are less harsh.
We are less reactive.
We are more open to the experience of the moment.
Even when that experience is not perfect.
And this is important.
Because this visual path is not about reaching a perfect state.
It is about learning to be present with all stays.
With clarity and confusion.
Peace and restlessness.
With certainty and doubt,
You know,
The dualities.
Patience allows us to stay with all of it.
To not rush past discomfort but to understand it.
To not force growth,
But to allow it.
Did you feel that you have been rushing your process?
If you feel frustrated with where you are,
Take a moment.
Os.
Ask yourself.
What if nothing is wrong?
What if this is part of the process?
What if I allowed things to unfold just a little more slowly?
Even this noise shift in perspective can create a sense of ease.
Because you are no longer fighting the timing of your own growth.
We are cooperating with it.
Spiritual patience does not mean waiting passively.
It means being present.
It means showing up with awareness.
With consistency and with trust.
Without needing immediate results.
Over time.
This changes everything.
Everything.
Because instead of chasing transformation,
You begin to embody it.
Slowly.
Naturally.
In your own rhythm.
Divitation,
It's simple.
Slow down.
Just a little.
Take a deeper breath.
And allow your path to unfold.
At the pace that it needs.
Nothing important is being crushed.
And nothing real is being lost.
You are growing.
Even now.
Thank you.
Thank you for listening and watching and for exercising spiritual patience.
In this,
Fast world.
