Hello and welcome.
The way we begin our day often influences how we experience the rest of it,
Right?
That is why many people practice morning rituals.
A morning ritual is simply a series of intentional activities that help you start the day feeling grounded,
Focused,
And connected to what matters most.
A money ritual doesn't need to be by any means complicated.
On the contrary,
Better if it is something simple because then you can commit to it daily.
It might include a few minutes of meditation.
Journaling,
Stretching,
Prayer,
Gratitude,
Connecting with nature in some way,
Or simply enjoying a quiet cup of tea before the busyness begins.
The purpose of this is not perfection.
The purpose is intention.
So rather than immediately reacting to emails,
News,
Or social media,
And only virtual creates space.
So check in with yourself.
It allows you to begin the day from a place of awareness.
Rather than urgency.
Research.
Has shown that consistent routines and reduce stress.
Support focus,
And help us build positive habits over time.
The best morning ritual then is not the longest one.
It is the one you will actually practice.
So even five minutes can make a meaningful difference in your life.
Thoughtful morning ritual.
Reminds us that each day is a fresh beginning.
And I will have the opportunity to choose.
How we show up for today.
Hehehe.
How are you showing up for you today?
What is the morning ritual that you are doing or you are going to commit yourself to do?
Reflect on that and thank you for listening and watching.
