After Being Perceived All Day
Some days are not only tiring because of what you did. They are tiring because of how much of you was visible. This guided meditation is for the exhaustion that comes from being perceived, read, responded to, interpreted, and emotionally reachable for too long. With gentle body-based cues, you’ll be guided out of outward-facing effort and back into a quieter, more private inner space. The practice focuses on the face, eyes, jaw, throat, chest, and breath — helping the body stop performing presence and begin returning to itself. A subtle but powerful reset for the end of a socially, emotionally, or mentally exposed day. Best For: social fatigue, emotional overstimulation, end-of-day reset, nervous system regulation, body awareness, decompressing after people, overstimulation recovery, evening grounding Voice Credit: Voiced by Camila Zen Written by Pedro Nassif for Meditaai
