This is a short meditation you can do anywhere,
Anytime.
To gently signal to your mind that it's time to pause and turn inward,
There are just two helpful cues.
Keep your back comfortably straight throughout the meditation.
Begin with four deep breaths,
Allowing your exhales to be slightly longer than your inhales.
If possible,
Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit.
If not,
Simply straighten your back where you are.
Take your time and when you're ready,
Begin.
Now bring your focus to the following affirmations.
Let each one enter your heart with openness and trust.
You are deeply loved.
You are cherished beyond measure.
You are held in tenderness.
You are surrounded by love.
You are chosen by love.
You are embraced by love.
You are enough for love.
You are worthy of lasting love.
Feel each of these truths gently take root within you.
Let yourself embody the state they describe.
Loving.
Cherished.
Safe.
Protected.
Chosen.
Enough.
Worthy.
Safe.
Certain.
Repeat softly,
Either aloud or in your mind.
I am deeply loved.
I am cherished beyond measure.
I am held in tenderness.
I am surrounded by love.
I am chosen by love.
I am embraced by love.
I am worthy of lasting love.
Take one more round of four deep breaths.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes and carry this feeling into your day.
