Hello,

And welcome to the beautiful world of gratitude,

Where nothing but love circulates and flows through and within everything and everyone.

If you can find a quiet place for this meditation,

That would be wonderful.

If not,

Simply do it wherever is most comfortable for you.

Gently settle into a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Let's begin with a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Fill your lungs with as much air as you can.

And release.

Again,

Inhale mindfully and deeply.

And exhale slowly and peacefully.

With every breath in,

Feel yourself taking in joy,

Happiness,

And gratitude.

And with every breath out,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

Gratitude is the only true shortcut to achieving anything in life.

It carries one of the highest frequencies among all elevated emotions.

And those emotions always end in a thank you.

By elevated emotions,

We mean joy,

Happiness,

Love,

Compassion,

And all those beautiful positive feelings.

In the rush of daily life,

We often forget to be truly grateful.

So take just a few minutes each day to practice this beautiful habit,

And you'll start to see miracles unfold in your life.

Right now,

In this present moment,

With your eyes closed,

Notice how blessed you are.

How blessed you are to be able to breathe.

To listen to this meditation.

To have a device that lets you hear this message.

To have woken up to a brand new day.

Gifted another chance to live.

To feel.

To experience.

To be grateful for everything you use from the moment you open your eyes.

Your bed and all its comfort.

Your room.

Your washroom.

Your breakfast.

Your work,

If any.

Making lunch.

Talking to loved ones.

Going out to see friends and more.

You see,

We already have so much to be grateful for.

Start today by listing at least five things you're grateful for.

If you have time,

Write 10.

Your gratitude list can include what you have or what you hope to receive.

Gratitude works for everything.

And while you write,

Make sure you truly feel thankful and blessed.

That's the secret.

Dedicate a notebook,

A beautiful one if you can,

Just for your gratitude practice.

Make it a daily ritual.

Let gratitude become your second nature.

Something that flows from you naturally.

Say thank you to anyone who serves you in any way.

Say it to life,

To yourself,

To the giver and the gift.
