There is a question.
I've been sitting with for over 20 years.
Not searching for an answer Just sitting with it.
Who am I,
Really?
Yoga and meditation are often described as peeling an onion.
Layer by layer.
Slowly,
Sometimes with tears.
Each layer.
A letter you were giving.
At all,
You are haunted.
Annyeong!
You absorbed without knowing.
Family,
Society,
Identity.
All over it.
Worn like clothing you didn't choose.
When you begin to strip it away not forcibly but gently with breath.
You begin to notice.
Know who you are,
Told you you are.
But who you actually are.
That's a journey.
Yoga and meditation are not a philosophy.
They are experimental science.
No one can breathe for you.
No one can feel this stillness for you.
No one can peel your layers for you.
The mat,
The breeze.
Just silence.
These are just the conditions.
You as an experiment.
You are the laboratory.
You are the one who notices.
Start shift in your chest that loosening in your shoulders.
That moment when the noise gets quiet and something underneath becomes clear.
That is not my experience.
That is yours.
That's a journey.
That's why I practice.
Thank you for listening.
I wish all the best.
Be blessed.
