This is Master.
Take a comfortable position.
You may sit or lay down.
Gently close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your natural breathing.
There is nothing to control,
Nothing to change,
Just observe.
Bring your awareness to the area around the nose.
Notice the sensation of the breath as it comes in and as it goes out.
You might feel slightly cooler air as you breathe in and warmer air as you breathe out.
Notice what you feel.
If your mind wanders,
Gently return your attention to the breath again and again,
Breathing in breathing out.
Simply be aware.
Allow the breath to anchor you in this present moment.
Just observe whatever is here and now slowly begin to notice your body again,
The space around you.
The sounds.
Gently open your eyes.
