Welcome to this meditation about using the healing power of your hands.

Both our mind and our body are more powerful than we think.

Why?

Because everything is energy.

And we have the power to influence this energy for our own good.

So let's try this.

Take your time to get as comfortable as possible.

You can either sit down or lie down.

Close your eyes and just relax your whole body.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

On every out-breath,

Relax your body,

All your muscles.

And just let your body sink into the cushion or couch you're sitting on or lying down on.

Make sure your hands are open and facing upwards.

So they can receive all the energy you want to work with.

Just be aware of your breath for a while.

Breathe in all the light that's around you.

Breathe out everything you want to let go.

See if your shoulders and your neck are completely relaxed.

And take another deep breath.

Then I invite you to shift your awareness to your hands.

See if you can notice any energy.

You can feel this as a tingling sensation,

A warm feeling or any other sensation.

Just see how it feels for you.

And just stay with this feeling for a while.

Notice if it's becoming more or less,

If it's spreading or just only in the center of your hands or your fingers.

And just enjoy the energy that you feel inside your hands.

Then I invite you to bring your hands closer to each other.

Above your belly or in front of you.

Not let them touch,

But just bring them close to each other.

And sense if you can feel the energy between your hands.

If not,

Bring them a little bit closer.

And if you can feel it,

See how it changes when you move farther away and again closer.

As if you are playing with a ball of energy.

Let your hands feel the energy of your other hands and vice versa.

And see how you can create a ball of energy.

Feel the power between your hands.

Whenever you feel this energy is strong and solid,

I invite you to notice if there is a place in your body that asks for attention.

There may be some tight muscles,

A painful feeling,

A numb feeling or cold.

And if you find such a place,

Just place your hands on it.

And feel how the energy of your hands gives comfort to this place.

Gives it the attention that it deserves.

And feel how the energy of the place shifts.

Does it get better or is it just changing?

If there are any emotions that come up while healing with your hands,

That's okay.

It's all release.

Feel the warmth and the energy that comes from your hands.

Whenever the energy becomes less strong,

You can always go back to your hands almost touching.

And reload the energy.

If it feels that you need to change to a different place in your body,

That's okay.

You can repeat this for as much times as you want.

Energy is an unlimited healing source that you can always use whenever you need it.

Just be aware of the energy that flows from your hands to the place that you want to heal.

And enjoy the great feeling it gives you.

Even if it's painful at this time.

It only means the healing is working.

And then I invite you to place your hands in front of your heart,

Pressing each other.

And be grateful that you have this power to heal yourself.

Emotionally,

Spiritually and physically.

It may take some time and devotion,

But everything is possible when you believe in it.

Just repeat this exercise as much times as you want.

And on each moment that you need it.

Your healing hands are a great tool to make you feel more comfortable.

And to let go of everything you want to let go of.

Just rest in the pleasant feeling that you may be experiencing right now.

And open your eyes whenever you're ready.
