Hello beautiful soul.
Welcome at this gratitude meditation and journaling.
It's so beautiful that you take this time for yourself today to raise your vibration by feeling gratitude.
And before we start I want to ask you to get a piece of paper and a pen so when we're done meditating you can start the journaling right away.
You don't need to get up.
You can pause this track if you need some time for that.
When you're ready to start I want to ask you to go sit in the most comfortable way for you.
It can be on the floor,
On a cushion,
A chair,
Couch.
It doesn't matter as long as you are comfortable.
You can softly close your eyes.
We're going to start by breathing in through nose and out to the mouth a couple of times.
Beautiful.
You already feel your body relaxing and getting in a softer more beautiful state.
We are going to work with gratitude because this is one of the most powerful vibrations on the solfeggio scale.
If you work with this you can attract positive things in your life just by being grateful for what you have instead of focusing what you lack or you think you lack.
I want you to bring your hands together into a namaste position.
Just in front of your heart as if you're thanking someone,
Thanking yourself for something and try to feel how your heart feels when you're thinking of something you're grateful for.
Is there something that already pops into your mind?
Otherwise you can just start the sentence I'm grateful for.
See what comes up.
And feel what this thought does in your body.
If you maybe can even feel the vibration.
I get a sensation.
Maybe some warmth or some light.
And maybe you can think of something you're proud of that happens in the last couple of days.
Something that happened or that you achieved.
Something someone did for you or you did for yourself.
And I can feel what these thoughts do in your body.
Is something changing or is it staying the same?
Are you relaxing even more?
And you can even breathe into it a couple of times.
In through the nose and out through your mouth.
Maybe there is someone what you're grateful for in your life or you are grateful for yourself.
Maybe you are grateful for the simple things in life.
Where you live,
What you can eat,
How much sleep you got,
How much time freedom or money freedom you have.
And you can lower your hands and still stay in this grateful feeling.
Even when opening your eyes.
See the piece of paper in front of you.
Take the pen into your hand.
And feel grateful for the time you take for yourself in this moment.
And in a moment you can start writing I'm grateful for on this piece of paper.
And instead of thinking just write the first thing that pops into your mind and keep writing.
Don't stop.
Again and again write I'm grateful for.
And see whatever whatever comes to your paper.
Don't stop until you're completely finished.
The piece of paper is full.
Because there's so many things you can be grateful for.
So let's take one more breath together.
Deep in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And start writing.
