Welcome to this meditation.

Today we will set the intention to get answers to a specific question.

Maybe you already have something in mind,

But it's also okay if you don't have that yet.

We will ask the questions to ourselves,

So these answers will come from our own intuition.

It may also happen that you can't get a clear result,

A clear answer.

That's probably because you're,

For example,

Too afraid of the answer or you cannot connect to your own intuition yet.

No worry if that happens,

You can try this meditation as many times as you want.

So there's no guarantee,

But let's try this together.

I invite you to sit or lie down as comfortable as you can.

Just take your time to find a nice position and when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to connect to your body.

Breathe in deeply through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out to the mouth.

See if you can feel every fiber in your body and just be present with whatever is happening.

Just stay inside your body with your attention and sense everything that is happening without judgment,

Without changing it.

And then I invite you to focus on your heart and all the energy and light that it holds and that it sends into the universe.

Feel the vibration and the energy moving and just breathe in softly to your heart.

And feel how this energy of your heart is spreading upwards,

Open your throat and choose to inhale all the good light,

The good thoughts.

And on the exhale release all the negative thoughts you have in this moment.

Breathe in positivity and breathe out all the negative thoughts.

And feel how your body is getting more pure and pure and it is filled with a bright and positive light.

And the moment you feel ready,

I invite you to imagine that you're standing up.

You start walking and walking until you're in a beautiful garden.

Look around and you see many beautiful flowers in all types of bright colors.

There are some big and beautiful trees that breathe out fresh air for you to breathe.

Feel how the wind is blowing through your hair and watch everything that is happening in the garden.

Are there animals flying around,

Walking on the grass?

How is the weather?

What flowers do you see in every corner?

Just soak in the beauty of it and feel how the garden brings peace to your body,

To your mind.

Start walking around to look even better in every corner of the garden.

And when you walk around a big tree,

You suddenly see a big mirror standing on the floor.

When you look into the mirror you see yourself.

You're curious to your own reflection and go sit in front of it.

You look yourself in the eye and take some deep breaths.

Just be aware of your thoughts for a moment and see what question comes to mind.

Preferably a yes or no question.

And if you have found the question you want to ask,

Look yourself in the eye again.

Repeat the question in your mind.

Look into the mirror and watch if you can see yourself,

Not yes.

Shake no.

Just keep looking until you get the answer you want.

And feel what the answer does with your emotion,

Or what not getting a clear answer does.

Does it feel blissful?

Are you afraid?

Do you feel pleasant release in your body?

Or a pain or uncomfortable sensation?

Just stay with whatever feeling is coming to you at this moment.

Look at your reflection again and just smile to them whatever answer it gave or didn't give.

It is exactly what you needed.

See how your reflection in the mirror stands up and walks away.

I invite you to follow it and see where the reflection goes.

To what place is your reflection going?

What is it going to do?

What is it already doing?

Choose to just look at whatever is happening and feel if it resonates with you.

Is it something you want to do?

Maybe what you're afraid to do?

And try to watch what's happening without any judgment.

Everything is okay.

Check in how you're feeling at the moment.

What is your inner reaction to whatever you're seeing or not seeing?

Does it feel as something outside your comfort zone?

Something exciting?

Or does it feel pleasant as a release?

Is it a reaction out of love or out of fear?

Take a few deep breaths.

And try to focus on your body again.

Feel if the emotions are present in a place in your body.

As a sensation,

A vibration,

Maybe a tight muscle.

Just a warm or cold feeling.

Just stay with that for a while.

It's okay to have these feelings.

And while it feels okay to let these feelings be for a while,

I invite you to focus on the ground below you.

Focus on how you're sitting or lying on a mattress,

A cushion,

A couch.

And feel the surface below you.

Feel how your body sinks in.

And how the weight of your body puts you on earth.

And just surrender to the comfort and the support of Mother Earth.

And whatever answer you got or didn't get,

It's okay.

It's exactly what you needed.

You feel okay to surrender to this.

And then I invite you to smile.

And to just smile to whatever you've come upon in this meditation.

And feel how this all is part of a feeling of unconditional love for yourself.

You trust yourself that your intuition knows the right answer.

And you love yourself enough to act on it.

And just imagine this unconditional love surrounding your body.

It's a warm blanket,

A bright light.

And it's getting bigger and bigger.

Brighter and brighter.

And warmer and warmer.

Smile to yourself and repeat the sentence.

May I be happy just as I am.

May I be happy just as I am.

If there are any pleasant feelings still there,

You can stay with them for as long as you want.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.

If you got an answer,

It's okay to act on it.
