Welcome to this meditation.

Together we are going to raise our vibration.

Make sure you're very comfortable.

You can lie down,

Sit down,

Whatever makes you feel at peace.

Just take some time to relax your whole body.

Take a few deep breaths,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Invite the feeling and the fact that everything is vibration.

The air around you,

The sounds you hear or not hear,

Even your body,

The cells vibrating together.

Everything in the world is vibrating,

Slowly,

Fast.

Everything has its own frequency.

I invite you to shift your awareness to your hands and see if you can notice anything happening in there.

Any energy moving,

Any tingling.

See if you can feel the vibration inside your hands.

Maybe even how it spreads to your fingers,

Your wrists.

Just notice whatever you're feeling or is happening in your hands.

If you're feeling something tingle or vibrating,

See if you can feel it spreading to your arms.

Maybe even your shoulders and your neck.

Just imagine this nice tingling feeling spreading into your body.

Relax your shoulders,

Your neck.

And let the vibration spread to your back and your chest.

Feel how with every breath,

Your belly relaxes even more.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And as your body relaxes,

The tingling spreads even more.

To your lower back,

Your belly,

Your hips.

Maybe even through your legs.

If you feel it or not,

Your body is always vibrating.

The only thing you need to do at this moment is to try to be aware of what already is happening.

Without any judgments,

Without any effort.

And feel how the vibration is even there in your feet.

And if you're aware of your whole body vibrating,

See how this can spread into your head.

How it releases tension in the back of your head,

Your forehead,

Your eyebrows and even your jaw.

Try to relax as much as possible and be aware of the vibration that's already there.

While you stay connected to this awareness of your vibration,

Just smile to the idea there are different frequencies you can vibrate on.

The more positive your thoughts and feelings,

The higher your vibration.

And the more positive things you attract.

The only thing you need to do is smile.

And being grateful is the most positive feeling you can express.

And I invite you to smile and say the following sentences to yourself.

I am grateful for all the friends and family that are in my life and bring happiness.

I am grateful for the lessons that I can learn.

I am grateful for all the opportunities that I have in my life.

Just think of all the things that you're grateful for.

You can say them out loud if you want and just smile to them.

Notice how great this gratefulness feels.

And be grateful for that.

And then say to yourself,

I am grateful for my life.

And as you say that,

Shift your awareness back to the tingling in your body.

And notice if you can feel the power of the vibration.

Is it getting stronger or more pleasant?

Just notice what is happening in your body.

And try to notice how far the vibration is reaching.

Can you just feel it in parts of your body?

Your whole body?

Or maybe even outside your body.

Feel how you influence the space around you.

How your positive and grateful attitude changes the vibration in your room.

How it makes it peaceful.

I invite you to slowly open your eyes and stay with this feeling.

And smile to the idea that you can keep feeling this way even when you're fully awake and fully present.

Look into the room you're sitting in.

And try to sense how you change the vibration of it.

And even when moving your fingers and your toes,

Your arms and your legs,

You stay in this high vibration of gratefulness.

Slowly start moving your whole body.

And stay as much time as you can in this high vibration.

Try to take it with you in everything you do today.

Try to take it with you in everything you do today,

Tomorrow,

Or as long as you can.

And positive things will come to you.
