My name is Parul and today we'll go through a short practice that will help you surrender your deepest worries to the universe.
So let's begin.
Roll your shoulders back,
Make your spine tall and erect.
Leave your body relaxed but not slouched and gently close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Hold at the top and exhale.
One more time,
Let's take a deeper breath in,
Hold at the top and deeply exhale everything that does not serve you in this moment.
Now call to mind that one thing that has been weighing on you,
Getting you to lose your trust in the universe.
The one thing you're trying so hard to control and yet it seems to be slipping out of your hands like sand.
Now talk to your fear,
Talk to it and say thank you,
Thank you for wanting to protect me.
I see you,
I hear you and I appreciate you.
However,
I am in charge here and I'm choosing to trust,
I am choosing to believe and I'm choosing to let go.
Now visualize a luminous bubble right in front of you.
Place your fear,
Your worry,
Your worst case scenarios in that bubble.
Everything that you're afraid of that might happen if you let go.
Place it inside the bubble and as you let go,
Watch this bubble float away.
Watch it drift higher and higher with the energy of trust and peace.
Now take a deep inhale,
Breathing in this energy of trust and peace and calm.
Maybe a sigh of relaxation as you know that it's done,
It's taken care of.
And as you exhale,
Visualize all your fears,
All your worries,
All the tension.
Go away,
Smoothen out,
Exit your body.
Now ask the universe,
What would you have me do?
And do not force the answer,
Let it come to you.
Leave this question open into the universe.
And your heart open to receive the answers.
And now take one deep breath in.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
