Let your eyes close gently.
And take one slow,
Unhurried breath in.
And let it leave your body.
Completely.
Now imagine that you're standing at the edge of a quiet forest.
It is early morning.
The air is cool against your skin.
And everything around you feels unusually still.
Behind you.
Is a path you have traveled for a long time.
You can see little pieces of it.
People you have known.
Places you've been.
Choices you've made.
Versions of yourself you've outgrown.
You don't need to revisit.
Any of it.
Just acknowledge.
That chapter brought me here.
And now.
.
.
Look ahead.
Through the trees,
You notice something you couldn't see before.
A warm golden light.
You begin walking towards it.
With every step.
You feel yourself becoming a little lighter.
Not because the past disappears.
But because you no longer need to carry all of it forward.
As you emerge from the trees,
You find yourself standing before an enormous,
Open landscape.
The sky stretches endlessly above you.
The horizon is glowing with the first colors of sunrise.
Soft gold.
Rose.
And brilliant blue.
And across the landscape is a beautiful doorway.
There is no wall around it.
No luck.
No one standing there to decide whether you're ready.
It is simply waiting for you.
Notice what the doorway looks like.
Perhaps it is made of wood?
Perhaps stone.
Perhaps light itself.
And when you look beyond it.
You see glimpses of a life.
That has not happened yet.
Not a perfect life.
Not a life without uncertainty.
But a life with room for you.
To become more of who you are.
Take one breath.
And as you breathe in,
Silently say,
I am ready for what comes next.
Now take a step forward.
Feel your foot meet the ground on the other side.
And notice.
You are still you.
You haven't left yourself behind.
You have simply stepped into a new possibility.
Imagine the first morning of this new chapter.
What is different?
What are you doing?
How do you feel when you wake up?
Perhaps there is more freedom.
More courage.
More softness.
More trust.
Let yourself experience one small moment of it now.
Place your hand over your heart.
And say quietly.
I don't need to know every step.
I only need to be willing.
To take the next one.
Take one final,
Deep breath in… and slowly breathe out.
Feel the surface beneath you.
And slowly open your eyes.
A new chapter doesn't always begin.
With a dramatic moment.
Sometimes.
It begins with one quiet decision to walk forward.
And that's all from me for today.
