I invite you to take a moment for yourself,
A moment where the only thing you're gonna focus on is your breath.
Close your eyes and go in with a deep inhale through your nose and let go through your mouth take air through your nose go through your mouth through our breath we allow ourself to renew our energy through our breath we allow ourself to make space in the next breath through your nose fill up your lungs fill up your chest let go strong through your mouth inhale through your nose and hold that air five seconds in your chest one two three breathe pay attention which thoughts which ideas you're releasing from yourself now which one of them is not serving you at the moment which thoughts are just going around in a loop take a deep deep breath hold it in your chest and consciously let them go let them out of your body another deep breath to your chest and this time release the air slowly and long through your mouth next breath we're gonna take all the way to our belly fill it up with air and feel it's a good moment to ask ourself what do i feel go strong through your mouth releasing any stuck emotions that are holding me down take another deep breath to your belly and hold it there for five seconds and just pay attention just observe what is coming up one two three four five and let go one more time take a deep deep breath to your belly and hold it there let go long and strong through your mouth releasing outside of our body all those emotions all those feelings that may have been stuck deep inside us now it's the moment to breathe them out acknowledge them release them next breath breath be conscious you're taking it all the way to scan your body your next inhale allow yourself to recognize the new space inside of you allow yourself to recognize the work you've been doing inhale let it flow be conscious feel how it flows from your toes up to your legs through your root chakra through your belly through your lungs up to your heart opening up the throat breath flowing through your face through your third eye the point of your head to the crown chakra and release through your mouth long and for just a few moments allow yourself to be in this space to be in yourself and now ask yourself how do i feel right now?
Ask yourself how do i want to feel in that new space i've created inside of myself?
With which emotions?
Which smells?
Which memories?
Which ideas?
What kind of inspirations?
Take a deep breath inhale through your nose hold it in and let your answers be heard by you breathe out allow yourself to fill in with gratitude allow yourself to embrace those changes that are taking place in you in each and every new breath you are inviting to your body and when you're ready with love with conscious open your eyes
