When you worry about others, your energy is driven away from you and given to others. This meditation has an intention of removing the guilt, shame and blame that you feel when you think you are not looking after someone. Remember, someone else's life is not your responsibility. We refer to adults, when we talk about responsibility for others. Children you are responsible for (under 18 years of age) should be guided and nurtured accordingly. ​It is important to give practical help to those who are old or not well and need your physical support to live, but give up the mental and spiritual anguish that comes with it. Allow others to have their own 'free spiritual will' and 'free spiritual voice' so they can make their own decisions in their own time. Welcome to the Love Liberation Meditation.

This meditation journey will help you to liberate yourself from feeling responsible for others.

To begin,

Take some deep breaths in and out.

Each long breath helping you to settle down and relax.

With every breath in,

Visualize that you are breathing in love.

With every breath out,

Breathing out stress.

Really focus all your attention to this moment.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out stress.

You are letting go of everything that happened today.

Everything that happened the day before.

And the time before that.

Bringing all your focus to this moment in time.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out stress.

And now with your breath,

Breathe in self-respect and breathe out any kind of resistance.

You will know what resistance is by feeling any tightness or even pain.

Spend a little more time focusing on what you are breathing in and what you are breathing out.

What you are bringing into your life.

What you are releasing from your life.

This exercise is very powerful,

So put all your attention into this process.

You are renewing your life energy by using your breath.

Circulating beautiful healing energy in and around your body just by setting your intention and focus.

Continue to breathe in healing.

Breathing in love.

And then breathe out any remaining tension,

Any stress.

And as you do this,

Feel yourself relaxing further and further.

You are feeling very relaxed now.

And I want you to check a few areas of your body so you can relax even more.

How are your eyes?

Are they completely relaxed now?

Check your jaw.

Nice and relaxed.

Your hands and fingers.

Are they also relaxed?

And now your whole body is relaxed and comfortable.

And as you are lying there,

A beautiful white light pours down from the universe surrounding you.

It's a light of protection and support.

As you focus on this light,

It becomes stronger and brighter.

And this light is relaxing you even more.

Just relax into your gentle breathing rhythm.

Mother Earth is with you on this journey,

Supporting you.

She has reached up from the ground and is holding you.

She is helping you to feel safe and present throughout.

And now you have created a beautiful safe and protected sacred space.

You can now open yourself up to make the transformational changes that you need today.

Your journey today will help you to liberate yourself.

To release all mental responsibility attached to others.

Say to yourself three times or more,

It is now time to stop feeling responsible for others.

Imagine yourself walking along a dusty road.

Just observe what's around you and continue walking.

You approach a gateway.

Look at the door in the gateway.

What do you see?

Where is it made from?

What colours,

Images do you see?

Are there any symbols or signs?

Are you picking up on the messages?

Open the door,

Walk through and close it behind you.

Find yourself in an ancient forest.

Look around and absorb the beauty.

Take it all in.

Really sense the love that this forest is imparting.

The love that you feel is the love that this forest has for itself.

Love and compassion is holding this spiritual forest together.

Breathe in the love and beauty.

Become part of the forest.

Feel the love inside you.

You become aware that as you breathe the forest breathes with you.

You are one with the forest.

There is a path in front of you and an animal friend walks up to you.

It's a wolf.

A she-wolf.

There are other wolves nearby.

Her family and other wolves that she has adopted in her life.

They have all come today to support you and work with you.

You feel completely protected by the pack of beautiful wolves.

You feel their energy,

Their support to help you.

Look at the she-wolf.

Look at her colours.

Whites,

Greys,

Browns.

Look at how thick her fur is.

Look at her beautiful almond shaped eyes.

As she looks at you in a caring and very gentle way.

As you connect with the main female leader you notice the beautiful moon in the sky.

The moon is connected to female energies.

Bringing into your journey wisdom and knowledge.

Wolf comes to you today to give you support and also to reinforce your ability to lead.

To be a leader is to have higher awareness and recognition of when you need to liberate yourself.

To stop feeling you are responsible for another person's life path.

It's okay for you to guide and provide the tools for someone when they ask.

And once you have done that,

Let go of all worries.

Instead,

Draw back your energy to yourself.

You need to stay strong for yourself so you can continue on your own life path.

You are learning all this wisdom from the wolves.

Now you start walking along the path.

And the family of wolves follow you.

You feel you have become part of the group.

As you walk,

Three little cubs come bounding up towards you.

Bumping into each other and plowing into your legs.

Their playfulness makes you smile and even laugh out loud.

As they enjoy rolling around,

Playing,

Fighting.

And you watch them as they nudge your legs,

Constantly falling over.

You pick them up and you put them back on their feet.

They fall over again.

You help them again onto their feet.

You continue to walk together.

And you sense the beautiful pairing energy from She-Wolf as she watches.

You notice that she does not help the cubs.

She allows them to fall.

She allows them to get up again.

She is helping them more by stepping back and letting them learn.

With the inner knowing and trust in the universe that she has,

She does not need to worry about them.

She will protect them if they were ever to come across any serious danger.

However,

They are learning to grow.

So she allows them to do just that.

You all arrive to an opening in the forest where there is a beautiful river.

The family of wolves go and have a drink and find places for them to relax.

You notice they have formed a circle around you and She-Wolf.

The cubs have wandered off on a small adventure followed by a few family members.

A female shaman walks into the circle now.

The family of wolves recognize the shaman and you notice how they acknowledge her.

The shaman's attention is only on you.

And she is smiling as she approaches you.

You feel the strength of her energy,

Her powerful love.

You instantly feel a deep respect for her and bow down as she stands before you.

The shaman asks you to sit and relax.

Then she performs a ceremony to help you to understand the importance of loving yourself.

To do this you must forgive yourself and have compassion for yourself.

She will help you to understand the importance of holding on to your own energy.

She knows the wolves have already taught you a lot.

She looks at you intensely and you feel she can see everything.

Everything that has ever happened to you.

You feel she understands you deeply.

The shaman now starts moving around you,

Pulling things out that have been holding you back.

Smoothing your energy fields where they have been disturbed.

The shaman taps various points around your head and body to get the energy flowing,

Freeing stuck energies.

Sometimes it feels very strong and other times you do not notice.

Let the shaman do her work.

Open yourself up.

Let her bring you into alignment so you feel liberated.

You become responsible for your own self and can follow your own soul path with love and confidence.

Remember,

You are able to forgive yourself immediately.

You are able to let go.

You are able to be compassionate to yourself always.

By doing this your energy level will rise.

You will feel empowered.

You will be relieved.

And you will live the real life you should be living.

The healing is complete.

You have made some very good changes today.

The shaman is ready to leave and you thank her for all her help.

You notice she acknowledges your thanks.

And then you recognize her detach immediately from you as she walks out of the circle.

How do you feel?

Do you have a sense of relief?

You will notice an increase in your energy in the coming few days.

The wolves are still in a circle around you.

She-wolf is still by your side.

And now it's time to return.

Walk back into the forest.

The wolves follow you.

The cubs reappear along the path,

Still fumbling about.

This time,

When they fall,

You don't have any worry about them hurting themselves or even an urge to help them on their feet.

You smile and enjoy their playfulness as you walk along the path.

The healing from the shaman is integrating well.

You have definitely made some changes today.

You have become more aware.

You now know you have chosen to stop feeling mentally responsible for others.

To let others have their own spiritual free will.

You arrive to the door.

And you thank the family of wolves for their protection,

Guidance and support.

Open the door,

Walk through and close it behind you.

Find yourself back on the dusty road.

Take a few more steps and arrive back into your body.

Take some deep breaths in and out.

Becoming more physical.

Breathing deeply into your body.

And now relaxing.

With each breath you take,

You become more present.

Feeling happy with the connections that you've made with the wolves,

Who have brought to you great teachings.

And lots of fun.

Let the shaman's ritual continue to integrate within your body,

Mind,

Spirit and soul.

In the coming days.

And if you are listening to this meditation just before you sleep,

Then now is the time to drift off.
