Welcome to my guided meditation which I like to describe as a frequency infusion for your mind,

Body and soul where I will be channeling a crystal healing activation using a crystal layout designed to provide relaxation and energetic support for anyone who experiences anxiety and stress.

My name is Laurie Jane I'm a certified master transpersonal crystal healing practitioner and energy healer and today I'll be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful crystal healing activation using the power of intention for your highest and best good and to be received with ease and grace.

The intention and healing outcome of this meditation is to allow one to release any obsessive and overwhelming thoughts,

To allow mental clarity and perspective and to calm an over active mind.

So as we begin we start to quieten our mind and relax the body.

Make sure you're in a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed.

Start to focus on your breath and as you breathe in imagine you are pulling up earth energies through the bottoms of your feet and with every breath you keep drawing up these energies.

Drawing them up through your knees.

Drawing them up through your torso.

Drawing them up through your heart chakra.

Drawing them up through your throat until you reach the top of your head.

On your next out breath I invite you to imagine a waterfall of energy cascading down and around your entire being.

As we're breathing up this beautiful energy through the bottoms of our feet and allowing it to travel up our entire being.

It is then released as a waterfall cascading down,

Down our shoulders,

Down our back,

Down our legs until it reaches the bottoms of our feet.

As this energy keeps cycling around cleansing,

Clearing and balancing our energy.

As I begin to connect to you energetically the energy I will be channeling is divine energy.

It's source energy so as from the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.

You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.

Energy knows no time or space so this allows me to send you the energy signature of this session so that you can receive the benefits.

I now begin to send the energy of protection and I invite you to visualize a white light coming down the top of your head,

Down through your body as it reaches the soles of your feet.

It then comes back up and wraps around your entire body.

This white light then expands out into the room you are currently in.

Expanding further through your entire house.

This white light keeps you safe and protected during the session.

We call upon Archangel Michael to clear out your space and any lower vibrational energies from around you.

We invite in the fire dragons to come forth and place a wall of fire around you and to burn up any residual energy that Michael cannot reach.

We invite the golden dragons to circle you clockwise three times.

They are here to offer their protection and loving support as they pour high-frequency light into,

Around and through your aura.

They help by holding your energy at fifth dimensional frequency during this meditation.

Relax and trust.

We also invite our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest resonance to contribute to this healing for your best and highest good.

I will now begin the session as I start to invoke the energy signatures of each of the crystals starting below your feet at the Earth Star Chakra.

Connecting to hematite as we send it to our Earth Star Chakra.

This crystal provides a sense of stability and assists to anchor your energy as it promotes a balanced mindset.

Also providing protection it has the ability to shield against negative energies and psychic attacks creating a sense of safety and security.

We then move our attention to the top of our head,

Your higher crown chakra.

Connecting to clear courts,

This helps to draw unwanted energy such as negative and stressful thoughts out of the head leaving clarity and space for new positive energy to flow to you.

We now bring our awareness to your crown chakra.

For this session we'll be using Amethyst.

Amethyst brings a calming vibration and meditative consciousness to the brain allowing us just to be.

As we pair this with Soda Light at the third eye,

These two stones work harmoniously together to quiet disturbing thoughts and unsettling anxious energy.

As we bring our awareness now to our higher heart chakra,

Today connecting to the amazing properties of Amazonite.

This crystal cleanses and protects us against irrational emotional responses with balanced energy as it allows the release of past traumas and is particularly beneficial for anyone working on self-acceptance and forgiveness.

We now connect with our heart space.

We work with the unconditional loving energy of Rose Quartz.

This crystal assists with emotional support,

Healing and love.

It also reminds us to be gentle on ourselves during challenging times.

When paired with Amazonite,

Rose Quartz works to help to calm a fluttery nervous disposition.

They can also be beneficial when it comes to working through nervous jitters that are brought on from panic or anxiety.

Bringing our attention back up to the top of the head,

We energetically place amethyst points around,

Pointing towards the head and around the crown.

This acts as an energy amplifier as it serves as a powerful tool to enhance the overall energy flow.

Now that we have energetically set the placements of our crystals,

I invite you to set any personal intentions you may have for this activation.

We call upon our guides of the highest truth and integrity and divine energy to come forth and cleanse our energy grids,

Our energy bodies,

Our chakras,

Unconscious and conscious minds of all energies that do not resonate or vibrate at a hundred percent pure love light and truth.

We ask that each and every chakra connect to its healing energy color and to our chosen crystals,

That it spins in a clockwise fashion,

Releasing any blockages,

Imbalances and non-beneficial energy to the spiritual.

Please let go of these energies,

Dissolve all chords and repair our energy field and body to keep us in a high vibrational state.

And as I call for this,

This is done.

I now ask that all of our chakras are connected and working in harmony as I draw the figure eight symbol of healing.

Now I invite you to imagine you have a small ultraviolet flame that has appeared in your heart space.

It starts out as a tiny flame and you watch this violet flame grow bigger and bigger.

It starts to take up more and more of your heart space as you watch this flame grow.

As you are allowing this,

You are starting to transmute and dissolve all feelings that do not resonate with you anymore and that are not for your highest outcome.

And we command,

We invoke the power of the ultraviolet angelic fire.

We are one with this fire and stand tall in the power of the ultraviolet light as it infuses throughout our entire being.

We invoke the cleansing and liberating power of this light.

We call on ultraviolet fire to liberate our reality and to liberate all beings who are calling for freedom in this world.

The source of this cleansing power is the angels of ultraviolet fire.

As we call for this,

It is done.

This beautiful flame has now engulfed us from head to toe as it cleans and clears all that is no longer in alignment with our highest timeline.

We take a moment to breathe,

Re-center as this flame clearing is complete.

We now connect to our divine intelligence using the orange red flame of purification and we ask,

Please dissolve all fear,

Anxiety,

Worry and powerlessness.

Assist us to release any feelings of helpfulness,

Hopelessness,

Betrayal and trauma.

Help us to find blessings in every challenging situation and focus on the best possible outcome.

We now observe the orange red flame move through your body,

Your mind,

Your emotions and energy field as it begins to dissolve all negative thoughts,

Words,

Feelings,

Memories and images of fear,

Anxiety,

Worry and powerlessness.

We now call upon and infuse our entire being with the pink ray of divine love and wisdom.

Please heal every part of our consciousness and cellular memory where I hold fear instead of love,

Worry instead of peace and anxiety instead of faith.

I surround myself with your loving,

Protective,

Powerful ray of light so that I can feel safe,

Empowered,

Supported,

Nurtured and loved in every situation that I encounter.

Thank you.

I now say to myself,

Today is going to be a wonderful and prosperous day.

I thank the divine for supporting me on this journey.

We have now cleared and rebalanced your energetic field.

I'll just take a moment to work with your aura.

We now set the intention to balance the etheric template,

The emotional,

Mental,

Astral body as well as the etheric template body,

Celestial body and the cathartic template.

As I call for this,

It is done.

We have now completed the session as we have cleansed,

Cleared and recharged your whole energetic being including your aura.

We will now take a moment to seal your energy into a protective cocoon of selenite.

Nothing shall penetrate this protective shield for at least 48 hours as you allow this healing to recalibrate and activate within your energy.

We thank all of our crystals,

Spirit team and connectors who have contributed to this highly activating session today and I thank you for sharing your time with me.

As we come back into the awareness of our body,

I invite you to take a moment and imagine you're growing roots down to the earth,

Sending Mother Earth some beautiful healing vibrations.

This also helps to reground your energy after your session.

And now just feel yourself coming back into your body.

I will now disconnect from your energy,

A reminder to drink lots of water over the next couple of days and that you may feel quite tired during this initial phase after this session.

Honor yourself,
