Which I describe as a frequency infusion for your mind,
Body and soul.
I use a combination of different energetic elements including crystals,
Sound frequencies,
Colour,
Mantras,
Energetic clearings and light codes to gift you this experience.
I will be channeling and energetically sending you a crystal healing activation using a crystal layer designed to empower your communication abilities while working with your throat chakra.
My name is Lore Jane and I am a certified master crystal healing practitioner and energy healer and today I will be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful crystal healing activation using the power of intention for your highest and best good and to be received with ease and grace.
The intention and healing outcomes of this throat chakra meditation are to cleanse,
Clear and release any stagnant energy surrounding your throat chakra.
By addressing these blocks you empower yourself to fully embrace your personal power,
Enabling you to attract opportunities and express your authentic self with confidence.
As I begin to connect to you energetically,
The energy I will be channeling is divine energy,
Its source energy so as of the highest vibration to reach from source consciousness.
You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.
Energy knows no time and space so this allows me to send you the energy signature of this session and activation so you can receive the benefits.
We call upon Archangel Michael to clear out your space and any lower vibrational energies from around you.
We invite the fire dragons to come forth and place a wall of fire around you and burn up any residue that Michael cannot reach.
We invite the blue dragons to circle you clockwise three times as they clear out any darker energy.
They are here to offer their protection and loving support as they pour high frequency light into,
Around and through your aura.
They help by holding your energy at 5th dimension frequency during this meditation.
We also invite our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest truth and resonance to contribute to this healing for your best and highest good with ease and grace.

We call upon you now.
Please come forth and surround us with your light and guidance.
Help us to communicate clearly and express our true self.

So as we start to enter a nice and relaxed meditative state,
First take a couple of deep cleansing breaths.
Breathing in universal white light healing energy.
Take notice of any areas that may feel tight and allow your body to relax.
We now invite you to focus on your breathing as we really start to slow everything down.
Begin to inhale to the count of 3.
Hold for 3 and exhale for the count of 3.
Inhale and exhale and now as we deepen our breath we are going to count to 5.
Hold for 5.
Doing this one more time,
Inhaling for 5.
I now begin to send the energy of protection and I invite you to visualize a beam of iridescent white light coming down direct from above,
Entering your crown chakra.
Feel this light slowly start to work its way down your entire body as it makes its way down to your center.
It passes through each and every chakra illuminating and infusing them with this beautiful high vibrational energy and filling each and every cell and fiber of your being.
As it makes its way down to your feet,
Now visualize this light coming out of the soles of your feet and your base chakra as it connects you to the earth star chakra and mother earth.
Feeling grounded,
Centered,
Connected and protected.
We now set our intention to move into a healing state,
Open and ready to receive.
As you fully start to feel into this session,
You may notice different sensations in and around your body.
Just trust that your body knows what it requires.
I will now set the intention to begin placing the energy signatures of our chosen crystals,
Beginning at the earth star chakra and invoking black obsidian.
This crystal assists to keep you grounded during the session but also helps us release our deepest fears and insecurities.
Moving to the top of your head,
We place a beautiful piece of clear quartz,
A master healer.
This assists with a deeper spiritual connection and promotes a sense of peace and clarity.
As we bring our focus to our solar plexus,
Located in our lower diaphragm,
We will be using a combination of tiger's eye and citrine,
Both working together to deliver light,
Inspiration and confidence through the solar plexus while awakening your desire for achievement and success.
Moving up to the throat area,
We are using a combination of blue lace agate,
Kyanite blades,
Citrine and clear quartz points to help strengthen your communication abilities,
Helping you articulate your thoughts and feelings with confidence and clarity,
While also promoting a harmonious flow of energy to the throat chakra,
Supporting overall wellbeing and spiritual growth.
Finally bringing our attention to our third eye,
We will be connecting with sodalite.
We have chosen to place it on this area as the power of communication and clarity will be absorbed into this energy centre for developing intuition,
Wisdom and heightened awareness.
Now that we've invoked the energy signatures of all of these beautiful crystals,
I'll just spend a moment sending them our intentions.
If you have any particular intentions for this session,
I invite you to set those now and either say it out loud or in your mind's eye.
As I channel this high vibrational source energy through me,
Just allow yourself to relax as you receive this higher frequency of divine energy flow.

So just relax in the knowing that you are receiving everything today and that everything is being done on your behalf now.
I have now completed the crystal healing aspect as we have cleansed,
Cleared and recharged your whole energetic being including your aura.
I set the intention for all your chakras to be perfectly aligned,
Allowing energy to flow freely throughout your entire being.
We cleanse and clear the aura of any negativity,
Blockages or influences that may contribute to holding you back.
We invite in light,

Empowering oneself to move forward with clarity and purpose.
With this intention we embrace our true self and align with our highest potential.
Now we begin to connect with the energy of a pacific light code called a monk.
This particular light code encourages you to surrender,
Trust and embrace the journey you are on,
Even if it requires change.
Trust your heart and beauty will arise through the chaos and confusion.
And the other light code we are using today is Gala.
This particular code is very powerful and assists you in any growth,
Expansion or development you may seek.
Trust the creative flow,
It is natural for you at this time to open up to your creativity once more.
I just take a moment to send the vibration of Gala to you.
Now I am calling in the liquid alchemy of 741 Hz,
The sole fragile frequency connected to the throat chakra and star light,
Another liquid alchemy.
I activate and anchor higher frequencies within my mind,
Body and spirit.
We send the vibration of those to you as well.
Allow those just to penetrate and connect with our vibration.
And we now begin the deep clearing aspect.

Now observe the cloud transforms into a loud speaker in front of your throat so that everything you say can be heard by others.

I set the intention to unplug from people,
Places and situations that no longer serve my highest good.
I release any energy that drains or distracts,

We now take a moment to wrap your energy in a protective cocoon of selenite.
Nothing shall penetrate this protective shield for at least 48 hours as you allow this healing to integrate and activate within your energy.
I am now beginning the grounding process where we are grounding in everything that has been sent into the physical reality.
Just allowing that all to land.
So you can embody and embrace.
Still and present and in the here and now.
Now you can just start feeling yourself coming back into your body.
You can gently open your eyes.
You feel in a state of peace and relaxation.
I have disconnected from the physical reality.
I have disconnected from your energy.
So be it.
