Welcome to this energy healing session,

As we set the intention to balance and harmonise your main chakra centres,

Using the colour casting method,

Sending colour frequencies for healing,

Connecting to the vibration of sound and using colours to amplify and supercharge your energy field.

This is the perfect way to begin your day.

My name is Laurie Jane and I am a crystal and energy healer.

I also have a deep passion and love for music,

So I have composed this meditation with a symphony of frequencies.

This is an energy healing,

So you are free to accept or reject this healing,

May higher will be done.

So let's begin by closing our eyes as we start to take three large deep breaths.

Begin by breathing in through your nose and then purging out through your mouth,

Really feeling into this clearing and connecting process.

Again,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

One last time,

Imagine you are breathing in universal light,

Direct from source energy and out through your mouth.

We start by taking a moment to ground our energy field.

See,

Sense or feel you are growing roots from the bottoms of your feet and they are diving down into the earth,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Until they reach Sacred Mother Earth's rich ruby core,

Anchoring to her,

Providing safety,

Stability and support.

Feel the energy of the earth rising up through these roots,

Filling you with grounding and nourishing energy.

As you breathe,

Imagine any excess or negative energy flowing down these roots into the earth to be transformed or released.

So as we begin this meditation,

I invite you to imagine you are standing at the very beginning of a grand piano keyboard,

Stretching out before you as far as the eye can see.

The keys are enormous,

Each one large enough for you to step on and represent the different colours of the chakras.

Beneath your feet the keys stretch in a long endless row,

Smooth,

Gleaming and inviting.

Each step you take lands softly on a white key,

Which then lights up in a chakra colour and connects to the corresponding musical note.

During this meditation,

Each key you step on creates a vibration,

A pulse of sound and light,

An infusion of colour healing and assists you to connect deeper into the symphony of universal energy.

So as we step towards our first key,

As soon as your foot lands,

It lights up a deep earthy brown colour and plays the musical note B.

As we bring our awareness down towards our feet,

We want to go down below our feet,

Below the key,

To the area about 8 inches below,

Your earth star chakra.

The earth star is our magnetic imprint upon this place.

It is the reason,

The program,

The karmic imprint,

The limit of boundaries,

The lessons of this life.

Visualise the key beginning to glow brighter and brighter and listen to that sound vibration.

I will spend a moment working to harmonise the chakra with you.

Now using the colour casting method,

I am sending into your earth star chakra the colour brown,

A colour of earthiness,

Helping you to ground your energy and create healthy boundaries for yourself.

It can assist you to connect to the healing properties of nature.

It encourages you to respect yourself,

Value yourself and love thyself.

As we connect with the energy signature of the crystal black tourmaline,

This stone has an amazing ability to absorb negative energy and offers energetic protection.

Taking a moment to feel this healing energy and activation that is being sent to you now.

We are now ready to step forward onto the next key.

As you step upon this one,

It turns red and connects to the musical note C.

Moving up to our root chakra,

Located at the base of your spine,

Bringing your awareness to this point,

Watch this key as it begins to glow brighter and brighter in deep red tones.

I will just take a moment to connect and clear any blockages or imbalances that you may be manifesting in this area.

The root chakra represents our survival instincts,

Our connection to our bodies and the physical plane.

This chakra brings into being all of what exists above it.

The emotions,

Thoughts and experiences fall into being into this vibration.

Ideally it brings stability,

Security,

Health and vitality.

Now,

Using the colour casting method,

I am sending the colour red into your root chakra.

You may even feel this as it begins to amplify and swirl,

A colour of vitality,

Power and strength.

And as we connect with the energy signature of the crystal bloodstone,

A stone connected with maintaining vitality,

Cleansing the blood and assisting us to ground our energy.

Taking a moment to feel this healing energy and activation that is being sent to you now.

We are now ready to step upon the next key as it lights up orange and connects to the musical note D.

The sacral chakra,

Located in the abdomen,

Relates to the element water and emotions,

Subconscious and sensations.

Passive in nature,

It connects to others through feelings,

Sensations and motion.

Watch this key begin to glow brighter and brighter.

I am just going to take a moment to cleanse and clear the chakra.

You may even feel like you want to place your hands upon your belly.

Using the colour casting method,

I send the colour orange into the space,

A colour that can help improve your immunity,

Vitality and stamina,

But also assist to heal any digestive elements and increase your happiness and confidence.

As we connect with the energy signature of the crystal bumblebee jasper,

A stone of trust,

Bringing forth new creativity,

Helping you to connect with your inner strength and allows you to be open to new possibilities.

Feeling all this energy connecting to your energetic body as it cleanses,

Clears and aligns.

We now step upon the next key and it lights up yellow and connects to the musical note E.

Bringing our awareness to the sunshine of our soul,

The solar plexus located in our lower abdomen.

It rules our sense of personal power,

Our will and what we think of ourselves.

Watch this key begin to glow brighter and brighter with a mix of yellow and gold tones.

I will just take a moment to connect and clear any blockages or imbalances that may be harbouring in this space.

Using the colour casting method,

I now send the colour yellow into the chakra,

Assisting to purify the body as it helps to cleanse the intestines and bowels.

Amazing for the digestive system.

Connecting to the energy signature of Citrine,

The stone of joy and abundance.

Citrine helps you to interact creatively with the world and promotes Anakam,

Reminding you that true abundance comes from within.

If you nurture your desires,

You will bring joy into your wise child self.

Feel yourself receiving all these high vibrational frequencies,

Really helping to align and uplift the lower chakras.

We now step upon the next key.

This one turns green,

Representing the heart chakra and connects to the musical note F.

As we move up your heart chakra,

It represents our ability to love,

Unite,

Accept and understand and allow the different facets of ourselves.

Witness this key beginning to glow brighter and brighter in an array of green healing tones.

I will just take a moment to connect and clear any blockages or imbalances that may be harbouring in this space.

Connecting to the energy signature of Malachite,

A powerful stone that has this ability to work with the heart chakra as it brings to light ingrained programming and toxic belief,

Providing emotional transformation.

Connecting deep into your subconscious mind,

It also helps to absorb any negativity you may be carrying within your heart,

Encouraging forgiveness.

Stepping onto the next key,

It lights up a light blue and connects to the musical note G,

Representing our throat chakra.

This centre relates to our positive self-expression.

Witness this key starting to glow brighter and brighter in a swirl of sky blue tones.

I will just take a moment to connect and clear any blockages or imbalances that may be harbouring in this space.

With the intention of bringing it back into balance,

You may even feel a slight tingling in your throat as I'm working on your chakra.

Using the colour casting method,

I now start to send the sky blue healing rays to your throat space,

Having a calming effect as it allows one to communicate effectively while also activating their own healing powers.

Connecting to the energy signature of blue lace agate,

The stone of self-expression,

It enhances one's ability to communicate effectively what is in your mind and heart and encourages you to attune to your inner being so you can express the fullness of who you are.

Stepping onto the next key,

This one lights up in a deep indigo blue and the musical note A,

Connecting to our third eye chakra located in the forehead.

This chakra relates to the act of singing,

Both physically and intuitively,

Opens our psychic abilities.

A balanced and healthy third eye chakra will encourage the path of internal visions and dreams with the understanding that we are divinely guided and inspired.

I will just take a moment to cleanse and clear the chakra,

Allowing any healing that is required so you can see with clarity and a deep sense of knowing.

Witness this key beginning to glow brighter and brighter in an array of deep blue and purple tones.

Now connecting to the energy signature of chauri,

The stone of wound healing,

As it provides deep physical and emotional healing,

Transmuting negative energy,

And to realise your greatest trauma is also your superpower gift,

Reminding you that when you accept the present moment as perfect and exactly as it's meant to be,

You create the space to heal,

Allowing the frequencies to flow as they fill your entire being.

And as we step upon the last key,

It lights up in the colour violet purple and connects to the musical note B,

Representing our crown chakra located at the top of our head.

This chakra relates to consciousness as pure awareness.

It is our connection to the greater world beyond,

To the timeless and spaceless place of all knowing,

Allowing you to 100% trust in divine timing.

Witness this key begin to glow brighter and brighter in an array of purple and pink tones.

I will just spend a moment cleansing and clearing the space of anything that is not in your highest good or timeline.

Using the colour casting method,

We now send the colour violet to assist you to create a balanced life,

Also helping to regenerate your nervous system and aids in balancing your energy and reprogramming cells,

While activating intuition and increasing your psychic senses.

Now connecting to the energy signature of Selenite,

The stone of divine light.

In the ancient world,

This stone protects against wandering of the mind and invokes mental clarity and divine inspiration,

Reminding you that being in the flow strengthens your wellbeing.

Feeling into each and every one of your chakras,

Now in the perfect size,

Feeling cleansed,

Cleared and refreshed.

We take one last moment for all of these high vibrational energies to land and ground.

Assisting you to move through your day with inspiration,

Courage and confidence.

Reminding you,

You are a magical being.

You are enough.

You have everything you need within.
