Today we are doing a simple exercise to help cool your energy back so that you can feel refreshed and renewed.
This is the perfect exercise to do if you have felt people draining your energy and can be done whenever you need an energetic boost.
Firstly,
Imagine,
See or feel that you are standing beneath a large waterfall.
This waterfall is very powerful and you can feel the droplets of the water as they hit your face.
This waterfall is flowing golden water.
It looks velvet to touch and has a special magnetic power to it.
While you stand under this beautiful waterfall,
Imagine your crown chakra at the top of your head opening up as it allows this magnetic healing water to flow down,
Down through your entire chakra system,
Every cell,
Every fibre and every energetic aspect of you as it cleans,
Clears and magnetically attracts any energy which is not for your highest and best good.
This golden liquid fills up your entire being,
Your organs,
Your cells,
Your blood,
Your DNA as you feel it flowing down through your head,
Down your neck,
Down your arms and fingertips,
Past your heart chakra,
Through your abdomen,
Through your hips,
Down both your legs,
Right down to your ankles.
Now feel this golden liquid coming back up your body as it flows into every aspect of your being.
It continues to flow up until it reaches your crown chakra where it begins to cascade over,
Spilling over the top of your head.
You can see it in front of you,
You can feel it behind you as it's running down the sides,
Filling up your entire aura.
This high golden liquid contains an extremely high frequency which offers healing that now starts to attract any energy that is not currently with you.
Any soul fragments,
Any energy that is with someone else or in another dimension,
It is all being magnetically returned to you now,
Being recalled in perfect order.
Just feel all these fragments coming back to you one by one.
They are all returning,
Calling back every aspect of us.
Now that this energy is being returned and the golden liquid is washed away,
