Welcome to this guided meditation, which I like to call a frequency infusion.

Today, we will set our intentions to release and shed any karma you may be carrying, allowing you to step into your next level with power, a sense of wholeness, and renewed awareness.

Welcome to this guided meditation,

Which I like to call a frequency infusion.

Today we will set our intentions to release and shed any karma you may be carrying,

Allowing you to step into your next level with power and a sense of wholeness and renewed awareness.

My name is Laurie Jane and I am a crystal and energy healer,

And I create these meditations to assist others with their spiritual growth and personal journey.

During the session we will wander along the riverbanks of the sacred Nile River,

Situated near the pyramids of Giza.

There we will connect with the mystical energies of the snake,

Tapping into her magical powers.

The snake's energy is connected to transformation,

Shedding old patterns,

Healing and assessing ancient wisdom.

So if you would like to set an intention around releasing something that no longer serves,

Inviting healing or connecting with your inner power,

This is being recorded during the 2-2-2 portal.

This numerology gateway is a powerful time for healing,

Particularly in relationships and emotional patterns.

It encourages individuals to release old wounds,

Karmic ties and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

I invite you to let go of any resistance and really open your heart to receiving the codes and healing that will flow through during this session.

Today we will be working with the energy signatures of Malachite,

Kyanite and Black Obsidian.

Malachite identifies karmic patterns for release,

Kyanite facilitates clearing and alignment,

Black Obsidian deeply cleanses and protects,

Keeping you grounded during this process.

Together these crystals can help you clear karmic energy and move forward with a renewed sense of freedom and purpose.

Now I ask for your permission,

As I connect with your energy,

Please say yes if you are ready to do so.

It's going to take a moment to do that.

So we are now connected.

I invite you to take a moment to start focusing on your breath.

As you feel the breath come in,

Down into your belly and out,

Breathing out your mouth,

Letting go of any negative energy you may be holding on to.

Breathing in universal light and feeling it transform your body and just bring you into a beautiful relaxed state.

Now imagine you are drawing up energy from the bottom soles of your feet,

Connecting with our sacred mother earth.

We draw this energy up,

Up through our feet,

Up to our legs,

To our knees,

Up to our hips,

Our belly,

Our chest,

Up to our throat,

To our third eye and finally until it reaches our crown chakra at the top of our head.

Just keep drawing this energy up as you start to feel really relaxed.

You can feel the energy running up through your body.

Now this energy as it reaches your head begins to cascade over your entire being like a waterfall,

Washing away anything not required for your highest good.

Sense,

See or feel a golden wave now washing over you,

Over your entire being,

Placing you inside this golden protective wave.

We connect to the crystalline grid,

Really anchoring your frequency and being.

Feel this golden light filling your body with high frequency energy and allow it to flow through you and connect deeply to the earth.

We call upon our guides of the highest truth and resonance.

We call forth the four pillars of white fire and Archangel Metatron of the above space,

Bringing down the Christ consciousness grid all the way from the Grand Central Sun.

See,

Sense or feel this Archangel coming down from the Grand Sun through space,

Through the sky and bringing the cosmic Christ consciousness grid through the soul star chakra located above your head.

We activate grounding,

We activate protection,

We activate connection.

Now I invite you to visualize a coiled snake at the base of your spine.

This represents your primal energy,

Ancient wisdom and the potential for transformation.

Imagine this beautiful snake slowly uncoiling and beginning to rise up through your body.

As it moves,

It clears and activates each chakra,

Moving up through your root,

Clearing,

Releasing,

Offering grounding and stability,

Moving up to your sacral,

Clearing and releasing and allowing you to tap into your creativity and emotional flow.

Moving up through your solar plexus,

Cleansing and clearing and providing confidence and really allowing you to step into your personal power.

As we move up to the heart,

Cleansing and clearing and allowing love and compassion to reside in this area.

Moving up to your throat,

Cleansing and clearing and allowing us to express our authentic truth.

As she moves up to our third eye,

Cleansing and clearing and allowing us to activate our intuition and activate our inner sight.

Then moving up to our ear chakras,

Cleansing and clearing both our right and left side,

Offering a sense of balance as we retune these chakras into the frequency of divine guidance.

And lastly,

Heading up to our crown chakra,

Cleansing and clearing and allowing us to connect to higher wisdom.

We send gold frequency into each of these chakras.

We ask them to spin in a clockwise fashion,

Releasing any blockages and balances and non-beneficial energy to the spiritual.

Okay,

So just calming back to center,

Feeling nice and relaxed.

I now invite you to imagine you are standing on the sandy riverbanks of the Nile River,

The biggest river in the world.

The sun warms your skin and a gentle breeze rustles through the palm trees.

You can hear the soft lapping of water against the bank,

Creating a soothing rhythm.

There are wooden sailing boats with triangular sails making their way up and down the river,

Flowing gently with ease and grace.

In the distance you can clearly see the geyser pyramids.

And you are reminded and feel connected to the wisdom they offer,

But also the ancient civilization that built these monumental structures.

You take a moment just to draw in your surroundings.

You have forgotten how you even arrived here,

But you are so thankful you are.

Bringing your awareness back to the river,

You step closer to the water.

This water element bringing forth the source of life,

Nourishing the land and its inhabitants,

Symbolizing abundance.

Imagine the river's current gently pulling away any worries that you may be carrying.

Any negative energy which you may be holding on to.

Witness these being swept away down with the river's currents,

Leaving you feeling lighter with a sense of clarity.

Allowing this river to cleanse your spirit as it washes away any energy that is not for your highest good.

Allowing you to come back into your natural flow state.

As you connect with the sacred energy of the Nile River,

It symbolizes rebirth.

And today it brings forth sea codes to you.

These sea codes are spiritual codes that can unlock a great amount of untapped multidimensional information.

This information may already be deep within.

Laying dormant in your DNA and energy field.

We welcome these codes to integrate and activate for our highest and best good.

As you're sitting along the bank,

You may see these codes showering down upon you like tiny golden stars,

Or they may appear as sacred shapes.

However they land for you,

They come to support your spiritual journey.

We take a moment to allow this energy to connect.

We also command the following clearing statement.

Under birthright of my sovereign soul,

I command the removal of any hooks,

Attachments,

Implants,

Or anything that is not a part of me,

Or my energy,

Or that has not been consented to.

I command to immediately and permanently sever any connection points with anyone or anything that is siphoning my energy,

Across all times and dimensions of reality.

I call upon our guides to help behold this enduring protection.

We call upon the violet flame to remove any leftover remnants,

And the white fire to create a force field of high vibrational light that repels anything not in my highest good.

This clearing helps to shift any energy,

Especially around relationships,

Which may be draining your energy.

As you remain on the sandy bank of the river,

In the long grass you notice something moving.

This beautiful creature has scales that shimmer in the sunlight,

Displaying a beautiful array of colours that blend with the surrounding grass.

Its skin features patterns of deep greens,

Browns and yellow,

Allowing it to adapt and camouflage as it needs to.

Making its way over to you is a snake,

Bringing forth her medicine to share.

There is nothing to fear,

For the snake comes to you today to offer their gifts.

When the snake appears,

It means it's time to heal.

A time to repair,

Renew and replenish yourself and your heart.

The snake comes to you today to shed the past and offer healing for any wounded aspects you may be holding on to.

Sit with the snake and ask her to assist you,

To offer guidance and knowledge to help you move forward.

Snake medicine is a representation of rebirth,

A shift in consciousness,

A new activation of frequency.

The snake's ability to shed their skin represents profound change and rebirth.

Each shedding is a reminder that we too can release old patterns and emerge anew.

Embracing the cycles of life.

As old belief systems are shed,

It makes way for new and lighter information and coding to integrate into our cellular structure and core belief system.

Having the snake show up today is a gift,

For she is not to be feared,

But celebrated for her knowledge and healing.

As you immerse yourself in the patterns of your skin through the lens of sacred geometry,

These patterns reveal deeper connections to the universe's underlying principles.

This energy emphasises feminine energies and healing relationships,

Connecting to our Divine Mother.

This portal allows us a powerful opportunity for healing energy,

Allowing for the release of old patterns and karma.

We give permission to shed what holds us back,

Particularly when it comes to ancestral or karmic burdens.

All that is not in my highest alignment,

We release this now.

As you sit with the snake,

You ask her if she has any messages for you.

Sit and wait.

Take a moment to feel anything that might be happening within your body.

We now work with a karmic clearing statement.

Under the birthright of my sovereign soul,

I now command the release of all karmic ties,

Debts and patterns that no longer serve my highest good.

All outdated energies or past contracts from lives that are not the one I am experiencing now,

I command this to be cancelled,

Nullified and cleared.

I release any attachments,

Beliefs or energies that are not in alignment with my true essence.

I ask for the healing of ancestral karma and the removal of any lingering effects of past actions that bind me to cycles of suffering.

I sever all connections to past relationships,

Experiences or situations that drain my energy or impede my growth.

May this energy be neutralized back to zero point.

All connection points to other souls that I have not permitted in this life are to be removed now,

Immediately with grace and ease.

I call upon my higher self,

Guides and the universal energies of love and light to assist in this process of release.

With gratitude I welcome the energy of forgiveness,

Transformation and renewal into my life.

I affirm that I am free,

Whole and empowered to create a new path for my journey.
