This meditation is here to support you in letting go of fear and anxiety,
Bringing you back to a space of peace,
Trust,
And inner strength.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Somewhere you won't be disturbed.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Breathing in deeply,
Feeling your belly expand.
And exhaling,
Releasing any tension.
One more time.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Let your breath find a natural rhythm,
Soft and effortless.
Feel the weight of your body grounding into the surface beneath you.
There's nowhere to be right now except here.
Just you,
Your breath,
And this moment.
Notice how your body feels.
Is there any tightness in your shoulders?
Any tension in your jaw?
If so,
Gently soften those areas.
Allow yourself to settle,
To release,
To surrender into this space of stillness.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring awareness to any fear or anxiety you may be holding.
Maybe it's sitting in your chest,
A tightness that feels heavy.
Maybe it's in your stomach,
Like a knot of uncertainty.
Or maybe it's in your mind,
Racing with thoughts of worry.
Instead of pushing it away,
Simply notice it.
Without judgment,
Without resistance.
Just allowing it to be there for a moment.
If it helps,
Visualize your fear as a soft cloud in the sky.
It's there,
Drifting in your awareness.
But it does not define you.
It does not control you.
It simply exists in this moment,
Passing through.
Silently say to yourself,
I see you.
I acknowledge you.
And I am ready to release you.
There is nothing you need to fix right now.
Nothing you need to solve.
Just allowing yourself to be present with whatever is here.
Now,
With each inhale,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light filling your body.
Bringing in peace,
Comfort,
And ease.
And with each exhale,
Imagine that light carrying away any heaviness,
Any tension,
Any fear.
Breathe in deeply,
Welcoming calm.
Breathe out slowly,
Releasing fear.
As you continue this breath,
Begin to lengthen your exhale just a little bit more.
This signals to your nervous system that you are safe,
That you can relax.
With every breath,
You are creating space,
Letting go of what no longer serves you.
Making room for peace,
For trust,
For safety within yourself.
If your mind wanders,
Gently bring it back to your breath.
Back to this moment.
You are here,
And you are safe.
Place one hand over your heart and one on your belly.
Feel your own presence.
Feel the steady rhythm of your breath moving beneath your hands.
Remind yourself,
I am safe in this moment.
I am supported.
I am strong enough to face whatever comes my way.
As you repeat these words,
Allow them to settle deep within you.
Let them become a truth that you embody,
A knowing that you carry.
Now imagine a warm,
Golden light surrounding you.
A protective energy that holds you in safety and comfort.
With every breath,
This light grows stronger,
Creating a sense of inner peace that nothing can shape.
Now picture yourself standing on the edge of a gentle stream.
The water flows effortlessly,
Carrying leaves and twigs along its surface.
In your hands,
You're holding a small stone.
This stone represents your fear,
Your worries,
The heaviness you've been carrying.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Gently drop the stone into the water.
Watch as the current carries it away.
No need to chase it.
No need to hold onto it.
Just letting it go.
Notice the lightness in your body.
The space that has been created.
You are free.
You are lighter.
You are no longer carrying what is not yours to hold.
If another worry or fear arises,
You can pick up another stone and release it in the same way.
One by one,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
For the next few moments,
Simply rest here.
No need to do anything.
No need to think.
Just be.
Feel the peace within you,
The openness,
The spaciousness.
Allow yourself to soak in this stillness,
This sense of lightness.
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be.
That in this moment,
You are safe.
You are supported.
And you are deeply held in the embrace of peace.
When you feel ready,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Inviting gentle movement back into your body.
If it feels good,
Stretch your arms overhead.
Feeling the energy flow back into you.
Bring your hands together in front of your heart.
Taking a moment to thank yourself for showing up today.
Know that peace is always within you.
You can return to this feeling anytime you need.
When you're ready,
Softly blink your eyes open.
Returning to your space with a renewed sense of calm and trust.
