Welcome,

And thank you for taking this time for yourself.

This meditation is here to help you embrace who you are fully,

Completely,

And without judgment.

Self-acceptance isn't about being perfect.

It's about learning to be okay with who you are in this moment.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

If you'd like,

Place your hands gently on your lap or over your heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension.

One more time,

Breathing in and out.

Now let your breath settle into a natural rhythm,

Soft and effortless.

Allow your body to relax into the surface beneath you.

There's nowhere to be,

Nothing to do,

Just you,

Your breath,

And this moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring awareness to any judgments you may hold about yourself.

Maybe it's about how you look,

How you feel,

Something you said or did.

Just notice what comes up,

Without trying to change it,

Without pushing it away.

Imagine each thought as a leaf floating down a stream.

You don't need to grab onto it.

You don't need to fight it.

Just let it pass.

Whatever comes up,

Remind yourself,

I am human,

And being human means being imperfect.

With every breath in,

Welcome gentleness.

With every breath out,

Release self-judgment.

Now,

Place one hand over your heart.

Feel its warmth,

Its steady rhythm.

This heart of yours has been beating for you since the day you were born.

It has carried you through every high and low,

Every moment of doubt,

Every triumph.

Silently repeat these words to yourself.

I am worthy.

I am worthy just as I am.

Say it again.

I am enough.

Feel the truth of these words settling into your heart.

Even if part of you resists,

Let another part of you soften into them.

Now,

Picture yourself as a child,

Maybe five or six years old.

See yourself standing before you,

Eyes full of wonder,

Heart open.

Would you ever speak harshly to this child?

Would you tell them they aren't enough?

You would remind them how loved they are,

How special,

How perfectly themselves they are meant to be.

Now,

Imagine wrapping this younger version of yourself in a warm,

Comforting hug.

Whisper to them,

You are enough.

You always have been.

Feel this love radiating outward,

Filling every part of you.

For the next few moments,

Just rest in this feeling of acceptance.

No need to force anything.

Just be here.

Let yourself exist exactly as you are.

If thoughts arise,

That's okay.

Gently return to your breath.

Breathing in acceptance,

Breathing out anything that no longer serves you.

Let this sense of ease settle into your body,

Your mind,

And your heart.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing gentle movement back into your body.

If it feels good,

Bring your hands together in front of your heart.

Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up today,

For giving yourself the gift of self-acceptance.

When you're ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Returning to your space.

Know that this feeling of acceptance is always within you.

You can return to it any time you need.

Thank you for sharing this time with me.

May you move through your day with kindness and ease,

And with a deep knowing that you are enough.
